If there is no data for the extra pregnant women in the study, it is my understanding that the 81% result and the manner in which it is determined, is the best we can do.
Suppose there is a study of 10,000 women and weight and we have the weight for 2,000 of them and lack the information for the remaining 8,000. The best predictor of weight is to reduce the sample size to the 2,000.
But, sure, it would be great if we had the results for the additional women.
Anyway, I am not needing to be right as you surmised.
