I have never paid enough attention to actually be able to classify how often I go, LOL.

I don't think the things running around in my head skip a beat no matter what I am doing...

Eat less high fructose corn syrup,less corn syrup, less partially hydrogenated oil and less fully hydrogenated oil; a lot less soda if not completely cut it out of your diet.

What you should eat: more salad, fruits, and a lot more soymilk, that's basically all I drink; a lot more tea, a lot more whole grained bread, whole grain pasta, noodles, a lot more vegetables like tomatoes onions and garlic-- don't buy fast food, attempt to cook your own meals.

Well, that's basically what I do, At least.

And thelastmohican- I think you've severely underestimated this thread- some people are taking it immaturely, yes, but bowel movements are the indication of a successful, well-balanced diet, and they are very important to discuss, maturely and frequently.


And since someone has indicated that there is a health section here

I poop every morning after my coffee :D
sometimes I don't really feel like coffee, but I want to poop, so I drink coffee anyways


Oh, and Jester, I drink A LOT of espresso so, that might help your studies as well.

Also, if you increase your fiber intake, try doing it gradually and also increase your fluid intake (optimally, water or non-caffeinated drinks).
 
I drink a lot of caffeinated tea and coffee though and I'm fine. I just don't drink soda or other carbonation; not for three years now.

I think that one is important.
