I try to be civil when discussing politics but the era we're in makes that extremely difficult. We trivialize so much in the United States.

Our political discourse is rife with conspiracy theories that distract us from our brutal economic reality.

As of 2017, about 40 million Americans live in poverty. That's a disgrace that shouldn't be so common in a developed country.

There will come a day when working people have had enough of the abuse, working longer hours for decreasing wages, a stock-market inflated by buy-backs, endless money for international violence, tiered justice-system, underfunded public-education, the list goes on and on.

The world is so wrong.
