My Unsatisfying Critique of Nihilism

I think you're biased. Earlier, here, you mentioned philosophers. It so turned out you quoted them, without even having read them. You only were referring to a youtube video, and it was all the documentation you had at your disposal. While it's okay to be uneducated, I think it would serve the debate a great deal, if you took a minute and read, the books you're sometimes basing your philosophy upon with

Everyone is biased. There does not exist a person in the world who is free from Bias.

Wait, what?

I don't understand your reaction.

While I do not agree with everything @QuickTwist , it's no reason to result to anger. He's free to have his own opinions, and especially, on a thread, he himself created. Right or wrong, he can be free to speak his mind
It’s because, for some time, I was friends with a Christian man. From time to time, he would let me know that I would burn in the fires of hell for all eternity for saying I did not know. For agnosticism.

If someone is Christian, or whatever faith, that is their business. It is not my belief, but I do not comment, as it is not my business.

Yet in my history of engagement, so many of faith tell me that my lack thereof is sinful, problematic, that I am corrupted, or lost.

I do not take this personally, for they are talking about themselves, and treating me as means, not end.

That said, I tolerate it no longer. I do not want to hear that which is not my business. If my thinking is problematic, that is their problem, not mine.

So when the trespass occurs, I now choose boundary enforcement.

If and when they continue to engage, I make it clear I do not wish to.

Too many times in my life, as an E9, I have chosen to go along to get along. At this time, I choose otherwise. Too often being quiet, too often trampled. No more.

Best to You,
Ian

You don't seem "neutral" to me...

An INTPs idea of "posting a lot" is like two comments in one day so I wouldn't worry about it rofl (I kid)

Always good to do check ins on one's self from time to time regardless though
And great to see when other people extend some modicum of care these days
Such a rarity
