I don’t like to generalize an entire “type,” but I’ve had largely positive interactions with INTJs. I find that we vibe well becuase of the shared Ni.
One of my oldest friends (since kindergarten) is an INTJ female. I think when we were kids she could be a bit cold, and sometimes cruel with me, making me cry a lot. But I think we were both just immature and undeveloped. I was a sensitive little shit. Lolol
She has since grown into an extremely kind person and a wonderful mother.
Oof, yeah, but be careful about overgeneralizing too much when it comes to this, or you could miss out on getting to know some really amazing people !In my experience the colder types are these, but of course it can depend on the person too...

Not my experience.
It's the 'warm on the outside, cold on the inside' feelers that really take you by surprise.

I ain't sayin' nuffin'.You mean INFJs? Lolol
Agreed. Fake, underdeveloped Fe doms, ugh.Not my experience.

Healthy INFJs have too much integrity to do that. (From what I can see.)You mean INFJs? Lolol

Unhealthy ones just turn into obsessed reading into things that aren't there paranoid conspiracy nuts.
I have, someone from my friend group in uni was INTJ. Unfortunately I didn't get to know her as an INTJ, but I liked her. She wasn't cold or calculating or always had to be right. Great sense of humour too.I've never met an INTJ in real life as far as I know.
Exactly. Or the ones that have this nice exterior, but their actual investment in people is very limited.Agreed. Fake, underdeveloped Fe doms, ugh.
Nice to your face, turn around, stab you in the back.
That's real coldness.
Well I'll take 'neutral'My experience with online INTJs has mostly been neutral to negative
We somehow never seem to 'connect'?
I can't tell if we ever connected on any deep level, though. I didn't have a conscious sense of this until I got to working with cognitive functions and unburied some repressed senses.
Well I'll take 'neutral'
if you think they 'like you', that probably means they've put you in the pantheon of the greatest human beings who ever lived
I know I know, but it was just funny to react that way.
Okay, let's assume for the sake of argument that you actually are an INTJ. You are nothing like the INTJs I met 10 years ago on that particular forum. You're mature and open to hearing other people's opinions and perspectives. (You may reject them after scrutiny, but not outright.)
We're friendly enough with each other Host. I respect your outstanding academic and debating skills.
But we don't really know each other on a personal level all that well.
I have met some great INTJs, but I think that most of them are boring, logic only logic, and no emotion whatsoever. Social retards also (there are exceptions, but they seem to be rare).
The other 95% are just boring as fuck and even though they might be computer/math/physics geniuses, I'd say their social and emotional IQ is well below average.
Some INTJs I like. Very rarely though do I like them.
I cannot stomach anyone who NEEDS to be right.
99% of the time that is a behaviour displayed by INTJs.
But with INTJs...their arrogance is real and it can be felt, and of course its very unpleasant.
They are about as cool as Siri on the iphone. Fun and entertaining at first but get boring and annoying by popping up when you least want them to and giving advice that only they understand. ;P
OK I'll stop nowI really dislike this kind of people. Very cold, egoistic and judging in a mean way. Never feel a connection with them.
