1. Nice paranoid theme, I have the same issues... Bad lyrics and timing and yeah, just generally a bad rapper.
2. Not going there
3. Very nice sounds there... Lyrics, hmm *hug*

Thanks for not going there.

I totally get those last two!! Great songs

I'm glad you liked the songs, I guess you didn't see them the first time, I just reposted the same songs as before in chronological order, like Shai Gar said.

Right now ?. . . it's the soundtrack to "Lord of the rings: Return of the king " . . . something about a long journey . . .

U2 - A Sort Of Homecoming

And you know it's time to go
through the sleet and driving snow
across the fields of mourning
lights in the distance

And you hunger for the time
time to heal, desire time
and your earth moves beneath
your own dream landscape

Oh oh On borderland we run
and still we run, we run and don't look back
I'll be there, I'll be there
tonight, a high road, a high road out of here

the city walls are all come down
the dust, a smoke screen all around see
faces ploughed like fields that once
gave no resistance

And we live by the side of the road
on the side of a hill as the valleys explode
dislocated suffocated
the land grows weary of its own

(O coma way o coma wa o coma o coma way say I)

Oh oh on borderland we run
and still we run, we run and don't look back
tonight, tonight

(O coma way o coma wa o coma o coma way say I)

The wind will crack in wintertime
a bomb-blast lightning waltz
no spoken words, just a scream...

tonight we'll build a bridge, across the sea and land
see the sky, the burning rain
she will die and live again
tonight

And your heart beats so slow
through the rain and fallen snow
across the fields of mourning
to a tight that's in the distance
Oh don't sorrow, no don't weep
for tonight, at last
I am coming home
I am coming home

Dead Letter Circus - Lines

Take away these lines
This world beats all around me but nothing here feeds to satisfy
So I've grown this face
Perfect in disguise so you don't know what I feel each moment

I don't fit here
I feel I don't fit anywhere

I feel like I'm lost in this game so...

Take away these lines
It's making no sense to me
But we don't care
Lets see if I can change
And break these lines
It's makin no sense to me
But we don't care
I'll see if I can change

Make your own mistakes
If it hurts then your alive and means something's there
You feel it deep inside that this is all a game
Make your first move and decide to be conscious and god of each moment

I don't fit here
I feel I don't fit anywhere

I feel like I'm lost in this game so...

Take away these lines
It's making no sense to me
But we don't care
I'll see if I can change
And break these lines
It's makin no sense to me
But we don't care
Let's see if I...
Gonna see if I can change

We all wanna feel something
But we don't want to change
This life is our only life
None of this remains
But you own your history
You own it just like me
Friend I wanna know I was alive

Take away these lines
Your making no sense to me
But we don't care
Lets see if I can change
And break these lines
You make no sense to me
But we don't care
Lets see If I...

I want to feel something here
I want to feel something more
But I don't wanna change

Faster than I used to feel
So faster than I ever dreamed

Hurt/Personal Jesus Johnny Cash
Personal Jesus is pretty much a good INFJ theme song altogether! I'm somewhat fond of the Depeche Mode version.

Man, I loved U2 in their heyday. Loved Ireland before the EU got a hold of it, too.

So many songs have influenced my life - I have a huge list of groups I've loved over the years.

I like this one, and I guess it's sort of what happened ages ago.

Song: The Day After Tomorrow
Lyrics

Please tell me why do birds
Sing when you're near me?
Sing when you're close to me?
They say that I'm a fool
For loving you deeply
Loving you secretly

But I crash in my mind
Whenever you are near
Getting deaf, dumb and blind
Just drowning in despair
I am lost in your flame
It's burning like the sun
And I call out your name
The moment you are gone

Please tell me why can't I
Breathe when you're near me?
Breathe when you're close to me?
I know you know I'm lost
In loving you deeply
Loving you secretly
Secretly

But I crash in my mind
Whenever you are near
Getting deaf, dumb and blind
Just drowning in despair
I am lost in your flame
It's burning like the sun
And I call out your name
The moment you are gone

Tomorrow
I'll tell it all tomorrow
Or the day after tomorrow
I'm sure I'll tell you then

Well I crash in my mind
Whenever you are near
Getting deaf, dumb and blind
Just drowning in despair
I am lost in your flame
It's burning like the sun
And I call out your name
The moment you are gone

The moment you are gone

Gentleman. After much deliberation I have come up with these three songs, which in combination shall cause you to understand my existence on an incorporeal level.

Let us journey now, into the realm of Wyote.

Stage One: Outer Shell Silliness

Stage Two: Natural Identity

Mmmmm

Apologize (One Republic), and not in a romantic way, just generally speaks to my life of broken friendships/loyalty and my usual reaction:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7PFnwh3lJAg
I Will Survive (Cake version) has the same effect :)

Nobody's Fault But Mine (Led Zeppelin), the annoing tendency to hit myself with the hammer, but also finding and strange upbeat joy in doing so... (just like in the song)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwBMVg9L7Q0

Pictures of You (The Cure) again, not in a romantic way. More of nostalgy for dear lost ones

On a happy note;
Stand By Me (John lennon), because it reminds me of my daddy, who used to sing that song to me when I was a kid :)

Evanescence: Bring Me To Life

how can you see into my eyes like open doors
leading you down into my core
where I’ve become so numb without a soul my spirit sleeping somewhere cold
until you find it there and lead it back home

(Wake me up)
Wake me up inside
(I can’t wake up)
Wake me up inside
(Save me)
call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up)
bid my blood to run
(I can’t wake up)
before I come undone
(Save me)
save me from the nothing I’ve become

now that I know what I’m without
you can't just leave me
breathe into me and make me real
bring me to life

(Wake me up)
Wake me up inside
(I can’t wake up)
Wake me up inside
(Save me)
call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up)
bid my blood to run
(I can’t wake up)
before I come undone
(Save me)
save me from the nothing I’ve become

Bring me to life
(I've been living a lie, there's nothing inside)
Bring me to life

frozen inside without your touch without your love darling only you are the life among the dead

all this time I can't believe I couldn't see
kept in the dark but you were there in front of me
I’ve been sleeping a thousand years it seems
got to open my eyes to everything
without a thought without a voice without a soul
don't let me die here
there must be something more
bring me to life

(Wake me up)
Wake me up inside
(I can’t wake up)
Wake me up inside
(Save me)
call my name and save me from the dark
(Wake me up)
bid my blood to run
(I can’t wake up)
before I come undone
(Save me)
save me from the nothing I’ve become

(Bring me to life)
I’ve been living a lie, there’s nothing inside
(Bring me to life)

I'm sure there are many songs which are pretty applicable to my life, but I can't actually name any that have great significance, or a have really deep meaning.

However, each time I would hear 'The Car Song' by The Cat Empire, I would think..'that's me!'

So anyway, I probably can't relate to this song as much these days considering I've graduated high school now...but it's still a favourite :P

The weekend is the weekend
And it’s sunny in the park
I’ll stay here with my beer and fish and chips till it gets dark
I’ve got a lot of homework
But homework he can wait
I never start my homework till its already too late
My parents say think about your future and my teachers say the same
But it’s hard
When there’s a basketball game at the park
It’s 1998
And everybody’s saying:
“Harry, you’re gunna be a lawyer some day…”

It’s Monday bloody Monday
And there’s two things I forgot
I forgot to do my homework
And I only got one sock
I’m halfway through a test
But I just can’t concentrate
While sitting next to Fontaine
I want to ask her on a date
I really want to start a conversation
But each time she walks past
I start choking on my pencil
And fall flat on my ass
I need to concentrate
If i dont get this grade
Then I might fail to be a lawyer someday

BRIDGE
But just right now
Can’t think of anything better to do
Than just sit down at the piano and a write this tune
And maybe later
Maybe later in the afternoon
I’ll sit back and relax
And think of all the things I’m going to do…

CHORUS
Someday…
I’ll buy an old car
Someday…
I’ll get that car to start
Someday…
I’ll learn how to drive too
And then Someday…
Imagine all the things I could do.

(That was 1998 now
Bring it forward to the present day now
Cause some things have changed
but some things [some things]
don't change [don't change]
check it out [check it out])

The weekend is the weekend
And it’s sunny in the park
I’ll stay here with my beer and fish ‘n’ chips till it gets dark
I just saw Peter Parsons
Who used to be in my class
I always gave him wedgies cause I thought he worked too hard
He said, “Harry, life is great —
I feel so happy these days —
I’m a litigation lawyer —
So I got it made
I’m going out with Fontaine
Rememer her from tenth grade?
I drive a Porsche so I can’t complain…”

BRIDGE
sh**! And look at me can’t think of anything better to do
That just sit down at the piano and write this tune
And maybe later
Maybe later in the afternoon
I’ll sit back and relax and think of all the things I’m going to do…

Black - Wonderful Life

http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=RsK3w_Qoebc

There are bits to which I can really relate, and there are bits to which I wish I could relate. A great, great song.

Black - Wonderful Life

Here I go out to sea again
The sunshine fills my hair
And dreams hang in the air

Gulls in the sky and in my blue eyes
You know it feels unfair
There's magic everywhere

Look at me standing
Here on my own again
Up straight in the sunshine

No need to run and hide
It's a wonderful, wonderful life
No need to hide and cry
It's a wonderful, wonderful life

Sun in your eyes
The heat is in your hair
They seem to hate you
Because you're there

And I need a friend
Oh, I need a friend
To make me happy
Not stand here on my own

Look at me standing
Here on my own again
Up straight in the sunshine

I need a friend
Oh, I need friend
To make me happy
Not so alone
Look at me here
Here on my own again
Up straight in the sunshine.

This really touched me today: Someone spliced much the opening and the ending of Saving Private Ryan to Jason Morant's "Hosanna." You can find the lyrics as you want...but it's deep. **Warning: Extremely violent images.**

Also, BIG SPOILERS for Saving Private Ryan. If you haven't seen the movie, you might not want to see this.
