It is too bad that there is no alternative to burning oil to run our world.

I would like to say "not yet". After all, humanity had the brains to create weapons that could destroy most, if not all, of the world...in the long run. We created a society that is removing the trees that protect us by the millions. They plant five trees and build a pond to replace a forest.
Wildlife has become a problem for us, but wildlife was fine when left alone. We are fricking and fracking the world to shame. We are creating a planet that has no excuse for high temperatures, famine, and disease. I think if someone were to invent or find something to replace oil, the big companies of the world would send out the Assassins. Then there are politics. We just have not figured a way to conform to the world we live in yet. It's time for someone to step up to the plate and hit a grand slam. We have some very smart people here who, I feel almost certain, has programmed AI to where there is no solution.

Our state DNR is trying to pass a law to allow hardened archers into places people complain about the deer. We are doing our wildlife like we did the Native Americans. First time I see a deer in my yard with an arrow stuck in it, I will go ballistic. We have already killed off most of the local beavers that "cause so many problems".

Terrorists: is that word all-encompassing enough to define the situation? They are more like expansionists to me. Anyone to sponsor military proxies in Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon, Syria- just to name a few in their neighborhood- and try to destroy Israel? Expansionists. They want control so they can what? Make more money? I try to reason with the old saying, "Money is the root of all evil". Greed has to have something to do with it. Some people live without things because they have to. Some can accept that. They would never step on a toe to get the things they truly would like to have. Some people throw their loved one to the world so they can have something they see as currently better for them.

Should a person always seek what is better for themselves? At what cost? Tell me, what are your psychological thoughts on the situation in Iran? I would love to dive into the psychology here. Anyone want to share? If not, it's OK. Talked to someone today that said they also like psychology. Wish I could have talked with them many more hours. When will I learn to see opportunities? Guess I should be happy just to have talked with them for a few minutes. Ever want to get someone alone so you could better understand what they might would say? What say ye?
