What unlikely dream jobs would you want to pursue?

What I'm doing (and feel I can do so much more than):
IT - System Administration

What I'm working towards doing:
Film Score Composer - Scoring
Actor
 
I would like to write and edit short films, but it should be possible if I take classes. Maybe one day.
