Would you kill a puppy for $1000000?

No, the sensation of being covered in blood wouldn't end, no matter how I would try to distract myself.

Doubtful. Youd be infamously the guy who killed a sweet lovable puppy for blood money.

Except the OP stated that you could only spend the money on yourself, and not for charity...

Cure the world's morality, how?

Personally, I think that a "good deed" that requires an immoral action is not worth committing, or rather, best to figure out another way to achieve it.

i didnt say charity, i would get my vooixce heard with the money, and contemplate hard on how to cure the world as my time wouldnt be then wasted gaining the resources to stay alive + the necessities required to spread good morals, as you need more than just voice in these times.
in time of jesus words were enough as that was how knowledge spred, now? no, only internet and media.

you can either sit on your ass through life, or be one of those who help to make this place a better.

I don't believe in utopias..and I wouldn't kill a dog to create a utopia.
 
In short, no.


It is an unrealistic situation. And honestly I'd be more concern with finding out why someone want me to do X for Z.
 
Are these the kind of questions INFJs struggle with in life? I mean this thread has over 600 posts and the topic isn't that important.

look at stone age, people lived much happier back then.
 
I never said I didn't think humanity could do better.. I said I did not believe in utopias.

Part of the reason I don't believe in the possibility of the existence of a utopia is that people are willing to do despicable things in order to achieve their own idea of a perfect world. Just kind of ironic.

tbh this thread has bothered me since I first saw it, because I would kill a puppy for a million dollars and I'm not sure how that makes me feel. Lol! Animals are euthanized at the rate of around 5,000 per second in America by shelters, for medical experiments, and for university teaching so if this ridiculous situation was presented to me, as long as I didn't have to do it in a cruel manner, I'd take the offer.

I already went that direction when I saw this thread. "Okay Cindy, what exactly WOULD you do for a million dollars? Playboy? Porn?"

Neither, but would still kill a puppy. Pretty sick eh? ;)
 
I would rather be in a porno for a million dollars (given that the other porn star(s) didn't have AIDS or STDs) than kill a puppy.

But I would have clauses for certain things that were deal breakers in the porn.
