I remembered your post wrong. You didn't say packed schedule. I'm just making up my own stories about people in my head. I can't help but be happy when I realize how much I have to be grateful for. This year I am doing something every day for each month, for example, for the month of January I didn't eat any meat except fish because I am not happy about how animals are treated in factory farms. Well, for the month of February I am doing a morning meditation every morning, which includes, daily readings, journalling, and prayer and meditation. So that is how I started my day out today, and I am feeling good.
Anyway, may I ask what isn't going right in your life? Are you just stressed? I could fill in the blanks, and make my own story, but I would rather know the truth
