I started lifting to break the plateau I had reached. Now I just really like it a lot so I do it. I'm not looking to gain mass. I just love it, in theory. Sometimes I really really hate it. Like when I'm doing my lunges, it sucks!
oh and I'm not American so.. yeah hahah. but its something like SF. ok I was there. then I got out due to medical. its just national service for about 2 years anyway and I'm doind stuff related to what I'm gonna study in Uni so its all good!
