I worked in administration and data analysis and HR deals with the applications and interviews. There's little to no involvement by people involved in the work. This means there's no technical questions, it's all just HR bull. And so the entire interview is you pretending to be what HR considers a model employee.
Maybe. They provide data storage and are leaders among those companies that use terms like "cloud computing" and "big data".
Interviews I've had with IT firm have been far better than the ones in other job sectors. They don't ask you stupid questions or want you to be someone you're not.
Pretty busy as well. I'm almost finished my current contract and have been going for interviews as well.
Had one with EMC and VCE. Didn't get the former and don't yet know about the latter.
