Lexore Thomson Exegesis Wiki is a wiki full of theories relating to MBTI, their growth, and their manifestation. It's really speculative and sometimes hard to swallow (for me, at least), but the theories are interesting to understand depths of the cognitive functions.
It's been referred here several times; in fact I know the wiki from this forum, IINM. :)

You can upload music to Grooveshark, but not from it. When people upload music, Grooveshark works by paying the artists for each song, and then promoting the purchase of their music from iTunes and Amazon. I hope that answers your question
