What direction am I going? LOL... Hopefully life will lead to a mental health job where I can begin my training for counseling. In the meantime - I'm diving into myself to prepare for that journey. Learning to take care of self will allow me to be the best counselor I can be.

Yes! I'm cutting back on caffeine! and it's a pain in the you know what! rant....LOL. Thank you for wishing I'll smooth out quickly. I'm off for the next few days and I thought I'd give this going without coffee thing a whirl while I have nothing pressing to do. It'll be good for my body. And I am being more grateful for my body every day. Yawn...It just goes to show me how addicted I am to it. While it's painful now - I'm sure I'll feel glad I did this later. How's it going for you?
