I am not sure I mentioned on here that I wasn't always a handwash every timer. I became this level of handwasher after I somehow came across a blog written by a single author all about the importance of handwashing after bathroom. When I say blog I'm not talking about a single post, I'm talking about an entire blog that went on and on and on, post after detailed post about handwashing. The information level was technical with a high level of engagement with scientific literature (yes, there is scientific literature on this topic). I was like WTF is this, am I really seeing this? But I couldn't look away. Finally I came to a post where the author wrote something like "Maybe my interest in this is a little extreme, it's just that it's really important." And suddenly, as easy as that, I was immediately converted to an everytime afterbathroom handwasher.
