The States made the National government, and so the States (being the creator in this cause) has superiority:

In the Declaration of Independence the new Nation was ordained and established by Divine Law and Natural Law, as: united States of America. <<<And ONLY that precise spelling and word-order is lawful language.

United States of America is a corporation.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a corporation.

U.S., Inc. is a corporation.
Etc.

The 'united States of America' is a Nation.

In the land we generally call 'America' there are multiple jurisdictions, but the two main jurisdictions some people know about are: 1 united States of America (and members of the uSA are in what is called 'Original Jurisdiction', and are 'non-citizen nationals'). And 2. The United States Federal Corporation [United States of America, and it's various incorporated 'names']

When one is 'born upon the land' that most generally refer to as 'America', one is born free and is by birth a non-citizen national. The only way anyone goes from being a free, sovereign, living soul to then becoming a 'subject' of a foreign power (in this case, the US govt) is by applying for a birth certificate and all the docs that follow it. In applying for and obtaining a birth certificate, etc, one removes one's 'free-born, sovereign, flesh-and-blood' existence and directly by agreement makes one a subsidiary-corporation and exits the Divine and Natural Law jurisdictions, and enters one into the jurisdiction of the 'artificial person' (corporations), aka courts Martial.

An 'artificial person' (aka, corporation; aka, cestui que trust) is not flesh-and-blood and is therefore a 'civilly-dead entity'. The very word 'corporation' stems from two words; Corpse and oration (to speak). Thus the word 'corporation' really translates as 'the dead speak', or in some contexts, 'to speak to the dead'. And this, the Bible calls: 'necromancy' and 'sorcery'--and both of these are forbidden by God.

The word, "legal" ONLY and EXPRESSLY means =corporate law, aka martial law, aka maritime law, aka admiralty law,etc. All of it is an abstraction of the mind and has no flesh-and-blood substance. It is a 'person'. The word 'person' refers to a 'fictitious character'. All flesh-and-blood souls are 'people', but no flesh-and-blood soul is a 'person' nor 'persons'.

Every so-called 'court' in the "United States" is listed on Dunn and Bradstreet as a for profit corporation.

You know the reason, so-called 'illegal immigrants' [now called 'undocumented workers'] are now being tossed-out of the land typically referred to as "America"? It is because these 'undocumented' people are immune from all so-called government actions until they so stupidly go and create a document by getting a so-called 'driver's license'. This is the reason, so-called 'illegals' are now getting deported, when the 'government' couldn't do crap before. These 'illegals' have created documentation where previously there was none. And this is why so-called 'government' allows so-called 'illegals' to get so-called 'driver's licenses' in the first-place-- to CREATE documents and thus chain of title. When one gets documented, one becomes a 'subject' of the corporation to whom they applied for documentation.

Yes, the poll was unnecessary, but what a travesty of justice if the soul who posted the OP was to be prevented from free-speech! I do hope the Admins won't block free-speech, even when sometimes what another writes isn't 'necessary'. All opinions are valid opinions, regardless what we as individual-souls feel about any given-topic.

Oh, there is nothing wrong with it. I just meant that INFJs are a bunch of socialists.

Well, I'm not sure all INFJs are socialists. I'm not. I'm all about a truly God-directed Theocracy. I don't claim that the world has that right now, but it is prophesied in Holy Writ and I look forward to that! :-D

Edited to add: Though I support the right to have private possessions, thoughts, words, and actions, I would prefer that all people unite, willingly, and take care of one another, that all are wealthy and prosperous together! :-D
 
I’m sure China’s government has the most accountability since we prettymuch everything is owned by the govt. they even centrally plan housing, have cameras everywhere. I like how the US balances productivity with privacy. Now that I think of it, it’s not that strange to have private property. Who the hell cares what someone does in their free time of it doesn’t break the law. And even someone breaks a minor midemanor / felony, maybe it’s best if one doesn’t get caught. Capitalism is generally more efficient than communism/socialism. China has problems with property inflation.

Sir, the etymology of the word "corporation" stems from the Latin "corporare", which means "to combine in one body".

One could assume Beelzebub highjacked your tongue there for a moment to spill some untruths onto the world.

God saying something, and people saying God did, are two different things. I am talking about when God does come, Himself. And when God does ordain that someone do this or that thing. I'm not talking about when idol-worshipers who don't know the first thing about God, claim that God told them, this, that, or the other. Since when have the governments OF this world ever done anything God wanted them to be doing?

Yes, it still holds-up in court in-conjunction with other citations. The courts only act on single claims when they are desperate to get their way even at the expense of what Law requires. If they think they can get away with it, then they will do it. All this said, it's far easier to stand in one's own jurisdiction. The one who asserts a claim, but prove it. If one picks a fight with the 'courts', then one must be clever in how they go about it.

One of the easiest ways to win in 'court' (technically, they're 'ships of admiralty') is when they bring charges against someone. Ask the 'court': "Do you claim to have jurisdiction over me?" If they say , 'yes' or anything akin to that, then reply: "Can you prove it?" Where there is a meeting of the minds and an agreement made, there is a contract. Artificial persons (corporations) have no mind, and so there can be no meeting of the minds. Further, there musts needs be full-disclosure, and if one has gone into an agreement, but not all information was known, then, there is no contract.

Last time I helped someone with the 'courts' was back in April of this year, I spend most all of my time writing religious documents. Anyway, I wrote law docs for the man I helped, and we served the man who represents the corporation that masquerades as a 'judge' various docs.

We served said man in his private capacity, since all the so-called 'courts' represent artificial persons and not flesh-and-blood souls (only Divine Law and Common Law Courts can deal with flesh-and-blood souls). And because we exposed that the man who represents the corporation calling itself a court, acts in his private capacity, and with no lawful authority, that man who masqueraded as a judge, backed off.

The so-called 'vatican' brought to pass the Cestui Que Vie Act of 1666, and this made all corporations on earth a subsidiary of the so-called 'vatican', and ecclesiastical entities. And so, the 'courts' are ecclesiastical entities and the so-called 'judges' are ministerial clerks--nothing more. And they all wear 'black' to symbolize their dedication as priests in the church of satan. A whole lot could be said about this topic.

I read about the Freeman-on-the-Land thing years ago. @Bas - you're saying you actually cited that and the case was dropped? Will you go into more detail?
 
No offense, but this is a silly question. We should do whatever works! \Whatever works changes as we learn more about the world and more about ourselves.
 
So you produce all this evidence, based on congressional records, opinions, court rulings and other jurisprudence, but you don't recognise their legal basis?

Yeah, can't have it both ways.

That's like insisting a doctor should treat your ailments, but you question everything they say and advise, refuse all prescribed therapies, do a number 2 on their desk AND still bear a grudge towards health care providers.
