It's worth noting that statements like "INTJ dislike children" apply *more* (although even then not absolutely at all) to the dichotomies than to a theory of Jungian functions. The reason being that T-F is tapping into Big 5 tendermindedness, a facet of Agreeableness. Whereas the Jungian function opposition thinking-feeling, IMHO, is tapping more into the so-called fact-value dichotomy in philosophy.....but taking a psychological take on it (which, BTW, is very clever an idea, because a lot of these issues have no set solution in philosophy, just a long list of arguments and acounterarguments, and you might surmise one's personal psychology would play a role in how one selects between equally valid arguments to lead one's life around)
I consider myself a relatively strong Jungian-T but less strong a dichotomies-T.
There are cases of the opposite, i.e. someone who scores T on tests consistently but is probably a functions-F. The simple reason being, an orientation to value judgment is far from necessarily about being agreeable. Harsh value judgments are a great counterexample.
