I will ask you some honest questions here:
1.How do you know this? If you know that some religions or philosophies are very close to the big picture, it means you know what is the big picture, the whole picture. But how can you know this?
Through direct experience. I can not doubt or deny what has been experienced. The first time in this life i had that experience, i doubted everything that had come before, everthing i thought i had done or experienced before that powerful Holy moment. When you know you know. It is a 'real' beyond anything earthly and material. This experience is for everyone, all of us. It is the experience of us, All That IS. It is our Home! It is only natural that we go within and know who and what we are. The Christ is within All. We are One. We are Love. Love is Consciousness. There are many things i do not know, but This, i do know, and i affirm it. I did not believe in 'God' or believe that God was relavant or necessary until i experienced God. God is Source. God is my Creator. God is One and Holy. I Am God. I AM!
There are still things that i am learning. As long as i see limits, separation, zombies...perception...judgement...anything other than Love...there is more to go. I know i have the big picture when i am in perfect peace and joy. When i am not is perfect peace, i have erred.
2.Every world religion say they have the absolute truth. Just like you said that some religions are close to the whole picture, Judaism for example will say the same, which is that your philosophy is close to the truth, but still it hasn't got the whole picture.
So how would you argumentate your position against such counter claims, which are very simillar like yours?
God is knowable, but God is not explainable, especaily in a medium as feeble and constricting as words.
Think upon what a 'word' is. A word is constructed with 'letters' which are symbols. A word points to something. A word is a symbol, constructed with symbols. It is not the 'thing' itself. A word is an idea, a mental construction that represents a concept that is stored wihin our programming and the collective conscious. We rely on common mental constructs, common language, and capacity for communication in order to exchange these words and derive some manner of comprehension from them. As you can see, this in a every limiting way to communicate that relies on past experience, common perception and judgement and many idiosyncratic factors. Words are a grossly inadequate way in which to think and communicate what we really feel and know.
Think about the 'sun'. How would you describe that? Is it explainable? Think how many ways you could explain the sun, how many ways you could measure it...theorise...hypothesise...would this be the same as knowing the sun? To know the sun we must experience the sun, we must 'see' the sun.
'God' is a word. The word 'God' itself is not God, but the word can point to God. It points to our unique perceptual comprehension and understanding of God.
Spirit can only be known and experienced. Spirit can not be explained using detail. This is impossible because Spirit is beyond detail. There are no words, no limits, no restrictions. When we try to explain the inexplainable, inevitably we will explain it with error. And as this message is retranslated from one conditioned brain to another, from one set of perception and judgemnets to another...one filter to another....one system of delusion and separation to another...more errors are likely to be made. That is why many of the spiritual texts from all around the world are written in parables. So it would be less likely that they would be corrupted and changed, and the meaning lost. Myths all over the world are in parable form. Over time, many were consumed by the 'details' in these stories, and were misled. The words of God have been twisted by the ideas and words of man. Man does as man does. But God is beyond this. Man is entirely capable of experiencing God, made to experience God...but man cannot do this by man's means, only by God's means. God is Holy. Holy- Whole- One. In order to experience God, man must let go of her attachment to separation and control. Finding God is like an annihilation of the little i to experience the True I. When we are willing to surrender completely and let go of all fear and attachments, we realise, beyond doubt that what we are utterly indestructible, eternal and infinite, beyond harm, fear and guilt. It is not possible to deny God after having experienced God. It is also not possible to wonder about God, or what religions say, or what science says, or what someone says. All this becomes meaningless white nosie, zombie talk. There is nothing else this experience can be compared to, and it can not be denied or doubted. We can unlearn what we have taught ourself, but we cannot deny what we know. When you are in 'God' you see everyone and know everyone. Knowing everyone, you have absolute faith in them. Debating about such things is utterly meaningless. God is within All and regardless of what anyone believes while they are here, when they leave this 'place' they will know, and my God, they will be overjoyed beyond anything to know this.
All roads lead Home. There is nothing anyone can do to change this. It is what it is, thats the way we made it, thats the way we were created.
Shortly after the first experience of Love Consciousness- God, this came to me-
There is a place where you can go
The only place you Are
That place that we all know
Buried deep inside you and me
Written plainly on all the parts
Each work is marked with the signature
And hums with its Love
A place where there is no good and evil
There is no light or dark
A place that just is
A place that you can be
We each know this place
And we see you every dream
You know me and I know you
Yet no one can be known apart
To know One is to know ALL
How can one know a stream or a river?
Or an ocean or the sky?
The light of a star as it moves through the universe
Experiencing and changing
Transforming and becoming its path
It moves and it births universes
It flows and it shapes
It creates and recreates
It is still and constant
Finished in every breath
Rebirth and regeneration
Seeds that explode with vitality
And grow, forever vastening life
Still and Flowing, constant and expanding
It is what It Is
I Am That I Am
Its not being in the eye of the storm
Its not to stand apart and observe the storm
Its not to weather the storm
Its not even to be the storm
Its to be in that place where there is no separation
Between the storm and all else
To move with the storm and all the parts
And flow with the energy of life
To see that there is only flow and movement
Grace that embraces, holds dear and still
Infinite meaning surrendered to Itself
That place where east meets west and
North meets south
Where you can flow though it all
Eternity experienced in an instant
An instant explored for an eternity
Where we live for the sake of Life
Dream for the sake of the dream
Where we 'be' just because
Because it is good
And it is all goodness beyond good
That place of Love and grace
That place where it makes sense
The place that makes you see
That there is too much to see
We share All for this vision
And there is enough
I cherish this place
Where I can lay my weary bones
And free my spirit from my mind and yours
This is not a place for me
It is a place to be shared
I miss you my friend and I long to share this with you
Come to this place with me
The place where we are Whole
....all these words, so many words...utterly inadequate to describe the real
