I like to read your posts when I am having a hard time getting to sleep. Knocks me right out. They aren't good while I am at work though.

These are great points. But Trump's supporters act like they are in a cult so it will all fall on deaf ears.

We have a president who made fun of and *disrespected* a POW AND a gold star family... But somehow he is able to whip people up about how not standing for the anthem disrespects vets and our country (while taking a shot at the right of free speech.) The most ardent Patriots would be the first to give up their Constitutional rights for sentimentality. But the original protest was about police brutality against minorities... Look at how far people are willing to go to de legitimize that... To shut their eyes and ears to institutional racism. Cuz now it's all lost in this "Are u patriot r not" non sense.

Yep...though, I have known a few folks now who have come out and apologized on FB for falling for Trump’s lies and voting for him...so some people are getting it...just not some with mud in their ears.

A Gold Star family should really just be ashamed that one of thier family members gave thier life for big oil and other gov lies.
