Or anyone else. Federal judges seem to be his checks and balances. Elon Musk seems to me to not be as serious as need be.
However, the USA cannot support everyone in the world with funds we do not have. I do understand some of his mente. Time for some other entities to belly up to the bar. Caution must be taken in cutting government spending and accelerated costs: in cutting government. Sometimes I think Musk to be a bad influence. Our gov is not a game, and Trump needs to appear to be standing on his own two feet while working with others. Someone must make cuts, sooner or later. Be careful not to cut the hands that feed you.
It is not a requirement to put your hand on the Bible, though most do.

34;But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:
35;Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
