I hate rap and hip hop. Now I'm nostalgic for music I don't even like. It feels like a lifetime that it wasn't all gangsta and drugs rather than actually meaningful content.
This song has a history of being known globally and yet hardly anyone not moldovan understands the lyrics. Still universally liked (except mb my mum). I like the comment section of this video celebrating the song, people from all over.
