Well, I don't know if INTP is the type that does best on IQ tests. I know that Ni doms do better with spacial puzzles.

From what I remember of an article I read, INTPs are supposed to have the highest percentage of gifted individuals in their sample, followed by: INTJ, INFP, and INFJ.

Note that this is different from average IQ but the two stats are probably fairly correlated.

I think you're misremembering: In terms of raw IQ it's the order you suggested, but in terms of the proportion of gifted individuals. INFPs always top that one.
