I was going to post a stop, but I decided against it because the detained individual suffered grievous injuries which included a TBI, after the police officer suplexed the detainee onto the roadway, with the additional force borne of his anger and assertion of dominance.

It was a dash cam, so the move was visible, but not the impact. My sense was he landed on his head, not back.

And then the detainee spoke, and I knew in an instant that he would never be the same neurologically.
