Ironically I hate cooking it on my induction top because it splatters and pops and makes a greasy mess... BUT... this week I learned you can cook it in the oven and it tastes better than ever!

Just lay parchment paper on the oven tray then lay out the bacon on the paper. 200 degrees 10 to 20 minutes, or 180 F with oven NOT preheated and a slightly longer cook time if you'd prefer to render the fat longer and make for a softer end result.
