Yeah, I think a tutor would be better than a book, just because they tend to show you tricks you can use in final exams and such. However, you can always get the book for later reference.

I had a certified test. ( I have no idea what certified might mean, but that's how he called it) and then the Councillor scores it, and then you discuss the results with him if you so wish to.

Hiya! I am not sure how to work the reputation points, pm and what not just yet so I thought I would leave you a message. I started in August tracking my food. I found a website myfitnesspal.com. It let's you put in how much you weigh, what you want to weigh, your activity level and how much you want to lose a week. It recommends a pound. Then it spits out a daily calorie goal. If you stick under your goal you'll lose. Also, if you exercise (which is my downfall) it adds calories for you to enjoy. The database is pretty awesome and it takes the tediousness out of keeping a journal. If you like it let me know and I'll friend you to keep you motivated.
