I am going to have a vacation in two weeks. I would have gone to Morroco to see family but I only have a week before I go back to school for another summer term, so I am going to NYC instead since it's closer.

I actually have a similar account on Livingsocial. I too have soo many books to read, but never got the chance to read them yet. College has been so demanding lately, that I barely get time for myself.

Blah I had a bit of a meltdown, luckily at the end of the workweek, so I get to rest from it, and contemplate how irrational I've been about it. I was at a conference this Friday (yesterday) and there was a guy that interviewed me for that position earlier that I didn't accept, when he got mad and became utterly unprofessional about it. I went with my mentor and the sheer thought that he could jeopardize my potential position at this place by saying negative things about me to my mentor here, made me really angry. Luckily, both my mentor and I decided to leave earlier, so there was no chance for the two of them to talk at any point, but in the next few months that small firm is likely to try to negotiate some smaller work for the place that I'm now, and that means that he (that unprofessional idiot) and my mentor (which means also me by his side because I have to attend those meetings) will have to meet. I know it's irrational, and that if he was so unprofessional towards me in that brief time that we had contact, it's bound that some other people who had longer time to get to know him will think of him the same way that I do, and that nobody will take him seriously, but I got overcome by it and had a tough time controlling myself.

Other than that, nothing much. Today I wanted to strangle my student because he didn't do his homework for our tutoring session today, but that's not new.

Caffeine isn't so bad sometimes. I kinda resort to it when I have long nights of work. You also need a strong enough of a reason to stop drinking. My friend stopped drinking coz he needed to save money so he could tour europe.

I think that would be an awesome move. I mean, you'd no longer just be a number behind the scenes pushing buttons, you'd be out interacting with people and leaving impressions. It just seems like somewhere you would naturally fit. I know you're an I and all, but damn, are you hilarious! You can shoot the shit really well, especially on tinychat, and I think that you'd work up a good reputation with customers relatively quickly. I also see you as someone who works better as their own boss.

Lol, when I was 16 I worked at a local grocery store that was having a big meat sale. So I go in to work one day and they ask me to hold a sign on the busiest corner in town. The sign only said, in painted letters, meat for sale. I stood on the corner for 7 hours. So in response to your job offer, been there, done that, and will do it again! You can even skim 30%
