About your thread, I think you're right, although I'm afraid I have done this myself from time to time.

Hey, that'll keep us busy for a while.
I'm going to look into those movies you've sent me now, I'd love it if you'd post more of these things on my page. (Or on your blog, I've just found out you had one, I've only read the last post so far though.)
    Essays, books, movies, ...
    Anything will do.
    T
I haven't bought any books yet either, but I'm hoping to read some of Montesqieu's essays and Albert Camus' books soon.
I've already started in 'The plague' a few months ago, but I really suck at french :p

What philosophical movements are currently still active?
    T
    Thanks for the videos!
Could you also recommend any books on the subject?
And what was the film with Keanu Reeves called?
    T
I was seriously looking for the title a while ago.
When I was watching the first minutes, I thought it was quite strange, but after the first 10 minutes it started to become really good.
What did you think when you first saw it?
    T
AWESOME! I could only see 3/4th of it when it was on tv but I forgot the name.
    Thanks John :D
    I just came buckets.
Do you know more movies like this?
    T
I'm not sure if it's popular, but I like Albert Camus' views on absurdism.
I find nihilism interesting too, but I haven't done a lot of research about it. I think there are similarities with existentialism.
This is definitely one of the things I must look further into :)

If you'd be interested in absurdism, there's a famous play which you might have heard of before, it's called:
    'Waiting for Godot'.
It represented the feeling people had after WW2.
Although many people I know didn't like it, I think you might.

Awesome, thanks for posting those videos :)
I've heard some songs of In Flames and Opeth before, I'm now going to look them up :P
