I just worry.
If it's in your multivitamin you shouldn't take any
other forms of D3 which is cholecalciferol (sp?)
because if I remember correctly it is poisonous in
high doses.
It's good for your bones and joints and several
internal organs. It's really good for your immune
system. It helps to create cells that naturally kill
bad cells. I know, me and my big scientific terms
here
I don't think anyone gets enough vitamin D naturally.
I take melatonin for that.
