No, I mean I negative repped everyone in that thread and told them how they had led to this thread getting closed. I do think black and white, that I will admit. Anyhow, a lot of these people have responded to me and apologized or at least owned up to their part of that thread spiraling out of control. I admit I probably shouldn't have thrown up all over the forum because of it but it just hit this bad nerve with me. It's rare that I get this pissed off. There are perhaps only a few instances where things said online on a forum perturb me enough that I cannot just walk away. I probably should have but what has been said has been said and done and now, everyone knows what I thought about that issue.

In fact, I did use the reputation feature. I didn't report the posts because they were not breaking any obvious rule. I have expressed my feelings to these people and on a larger scale I wanted to send the message to the rest of the forum my thoughts on these things. It may seem extreme, but I have a reputation of humor and I don't think people take me seriously when I take a stance on something most of the time. I am trying to get my point across in as many ways as possible because I have seen this going on far too often not just on my own thread but others are stepping forward admitting they have seen this behavior and are not in appreciation of this. Everyone has a right to their opinions- I closed my thread because I couldn't deal with the way that people were handling what I interpreted as a serious topic. I admit I'm a little lost in what point you were making in that post, but I've tried to respond accordingly to what I interpreted as your message.

I'm doing okay in school. Still gotta check with my adviser about the whole academic probation thing, but I think things will work out.
