Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. You most likely will have a lab fee as apart of you tuition.
For this lab, I don't think you'll get credit.
A practical is a portion of a lab final, where you'll have to utilize all the lab skills you have acquired during the course. I didn't have one for my general bio lab, but for my O Chem lab practical, I had to redo an entire experiment of my instructor's choice.
