That's too bad. From what I'd read, the intensity in working people in Japan are more or less universal; is that what happened? Does that what made you went back from Japan?

Well, it's certainly interesting.. I dunno about why and how I got interested; it's just I liked watching TV shows and so it stays until my teenage years, and I decided to try studying it, seeing how the culinary world goes. But I don't think I'm going to become a chef. The environment in the kitchen is very...strict. Too strict and rigid. You have to create a same dish over and over and over again during the course of a day, and that's only talking about a day. In the end I find it too harsh for me.
Before deciding to quit, I did plan to work, in a restaurant first, perhaps later opening my own. But then...
