Are we as a society being kept from discussing the big issues?

To me, modifying the climate or changing it are the same in one.

Wither its chem-trails or pollution. The hoax that you speak is the idealogy. The thing is the planet wouldnt need to be maintained if humans weren't constantly destroying it in many aspects of its natural growth.
Though the atmosphere needs governance . The world is a place of many natural wonders....which is why we respect it.
The seasons are set. I'd say it maybe unlikely they can modify it to the extent that's extreme to the natural cycle.
i.e The extended rain period you spoke of during a summer phase.

Not to doubt your sources.
The weather needs regulation and works via speculation only to predict it. That's as far as they'll tell us anyway.
So why should I believe otherwise?
Without evidence and validation.

I wouldn't call myself an environmentalist, nor am I too strongly for climate change......though I do think people should learn real respect towards other life.

What i am saying is that they are modifying the weather through HAARP (ionosphere heaters) and geoengineering (chemtrails) to cause changes to the climate that they can then blame on anthropogenic warming to justify the changes to international law that they want to introduce

In other words they are creating a disaster to justify creating a global fascist government

As in: ''to avert this disaster (which we artificially created) we must now rule you as total dictators...all your rights and freedoms will henceforth be null and void...you are our slaves''

I understand. That was clear from your presentation.

The idea that people attempt to rule through fear and dictatorships is no secret....The two methods of modification you mentioned don't bring no clarity to me....reasons being, the climate itself isn't static, or uniform in its motion....its lays a distribution..... the weather has always been changing.

As powerful as other facilities maybe, which they need to be to study the plasma turbulences...the HAARP is the most powerful of those facilities.
Given that plasma is a ubiquitous form of matter.
My main emphasis is that most research still is theoretical and computational.

So your theory of smoke, no fire....and the Machiavellian top....doesn't really have no real basis.
It just causes more confusion about the distribution of power.

So do I think climate change is a real issue? Possibly, but I like the idea that through the notion of global warming it has brought us a step closer to appreciating our planet.

I'm not sugesting anything to you anymore because i'm done being polite....now i'm telling you...

There is a cabal of people who are using technology to manipulate the weather

Is the universe a hologram?

Date:April 27, 2015Source:Vienna University of TechnologySummary:The 'holographic principle,' the idea that a universe with gravity can be described by a quantum field theory in fewer dimensions, has been used for years as a mathematical tool in strange curved spaces. Is our universe a hologram?
Credit: TU Wien

At first glance, there is not the slightest doubt: to us, the universe looks three dimensional. But one of the most fruitful theories of theoretical physics in the last two decades is challenging this assumption. The "holographic principle" asserts that a mathematical description of the universe actually requires one fewer dimension than it seems. What we perceive as three dimensional may just be the image of two dimensional processes on a huge cosmic horizon.
Up until now, this principle has only been studied in exotic spaces with negative curvature. This is interesting from a theoretical point of view, but such spaces are quite different from the space in our own universe. Results obtained by scientists at TU Wien (Vienna) now suggest that the holographic principle even holds in a flat spacetime.
The Holographic Principle
Everybody knows holograms from credit cards or banknotes. They are two dimensional, but to us they appear three dimensional. Our universe could behave quite similarly: "In 1997, the physicist Juan Maldacena proposed the idea that there is a correspondence between gravitational theories in curved anti-de-sitter spaces on the one hand and quantum field theories in spaces with one fewer dimension on the other," says Daniel Grumiller (TU Wien).
Gravitational phenomena are described in a theory with three spatial dimensions, the behaviour of quantum particles is calculated in a theory with just two spatial dimensions -- and the results of both calculations can be mapped onto each other. Such a correspondence is quite surprising. It is like finding out that equations from an astronomy textbook can also be used to repair a CD-player. But this method has proven to be very successful. More than ten thousand scientific papers about Maldacena's "AdS-CFT-correspondence" have been published to date.
Correspondence Even in Flat Spaces
For theoretical physics, this is extremely important, but it does not seem to have much to do with our own universe. Apparently, we do not live in such an anti-de-sitter-space. These spaces have quite peculiar properties. They are negatively curved, any object thrown away on a straight line will eventually return. "Our universe, in contrast, is quite flat -- and on astronomic distances, it has positive curvature," says Daniel Grumiller.
However, Grumiller has suspected for quite some time that a correspondence principle could also hold true for our real universe. To test this hypothesis, gravitational theories have to be constructed, which do not require exotic anti-de-sitter spaces, but live in a flat space. For three years, he and his team at TU Wien (Vienna) have been working on that, in cooperation with the University of Edinburgh, Harvard, IISER Pune, the MIT and the University of Kyoto. Now Grumiller and colleagues from India and Japan have published an article in the journal Physical Review Letters, confirming the validity of the correspondence principle in a flat universe.
Calculated Twice, Same Result
"If quantum gravity in a flat space allows for a holographic description by a standard quantum theory, then there must by physical quantities, which can be calculated in both theories -- and the results must agree," says Grumiller. Especially one key feature of quantum mechanics -quantum entanglement -- has to appear in the gravitational theory.
When quantum particles are entangled, they cannot be described individually. They form a single quantum object, even if they are located far apart. There is a measure for the amount of entanglement in a quantum system, called "entropy of entanglement." Together with Arjun Bagchi, Rudranil Basu and Max Riegler, Daniel Grumiller managed to show that this entropy of entanglement takes the same value in flat quantum gravity and in a low dimension quantum field theory.
"This calculation affirms our assumption that the holographic principle can also be realized in flat spaces. It is evidence for the validity of this correspondence in our universe," says Max Riegler (TU Wien). "The fact that we can even talk about quantum information and entropy of entanglement in a theory of gravity is astounding in itself, and would hardly have been imaginable only a few years back. That we are now able to use this as a tool to test the validity of the holographic principle, and that this test works out, is quite remarkable," says Daniel Grumiller.
This however, does not yet prove that we are indeed living in a hologram -- but apparently there is growing evidence for the validity of the correspondence principle in our own universe.

We need to call a halt to that right now as a matter of emergency if we want to know what is really going on

False flags

For anyone new to the term this is an attack carried out for example a bombing or shooting, that is then blamed on a party that did not carry it out in order to justify then attacking that group and/or justify creating new more draconisn laws that strip peoples rights and freedoms away (and give more power to the true perpetrators of the false flag attack)

So here is James Corbett brilliantly breaking apart the 911 false flag attack in minutes (carried out by CIA, Mossad and saudi royal family to justify a 'war on terror' in order to control the middle east ie wage war with multiple countries in the middle east)

[h=1]Here We Stand, At The Twilight’s Last Gleaming: “All Private Property Rights In The U.S. To Be Strategically Usurped”[/h] Jeremiah Johnson
April 28th, 2015

“Here We Stand, At The Twilight’s Last Gleaming”
These words are written past the midnight hour and I remember back to March 23, 2010 when Obamacare was signed into law at the 11[SUP]th[/SUP] hour. I remember it well; I was up almost all night, as it was around 11 pm that it was finished. Never will I forget it: the injustice labeled first as a law, then as interstate commerce, then as a tax. It was slipped under the noses of the people and slithered into the books.
The thoughts were such:

  1. Never again could anyone actually be homeless/ a wanderer/ a “troubadour” and left to their own auspices…left be…now they were tethered to a system and enslaved by forced health care (one of the Communist Manifesto planks).
  2. Government would now be in every aspect of our lives with health care as the justification for inserting themselves into every thing we do.
  3. The bureaucracy would grow, complete with a new set of oligarchs and multinational corporations competing for privileges and for the scraps thrown from the government’s table: licking the hand of the State, ad infinitum.
  4. It would take decades to be rid of it; by that time, the country and the private citizen would cease to exist except in name only.
Incrementally. With infinite patience and weighing the public consciousness (or lack of such) to inculcate their programs, and here we have it again, in Montana, paving the way for what will happen with the nation. Eminent domain abolished private property, effectively making the definition of it subjective. Private property is now completely defined by the federal government or the “tyranny of the majority” (De Toqueville), the latter in the form of a somber “grand council.”
The feds, states, and the local councils determine the need to take away private property and then come out with the proclamation, “This is for the public good,” or in “the interests of the general public.” Mr. Spock on steroids, where “the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few…or the needs of the one.”
No!
When the needs of the one are thrown upon a rubbish heap and burned in the name of the collective good, the needs of the many are pyred with that individual! By burning the one, the basis for the freedoms of the many end up being skewered and destroyed. The end state is no longer recognized as a free state made up of free individuals with free will. It becomes a collective, socialist pit where money, power, and privilege establish the ruling class…the “inner and outer” parties and the proles.
Incrementally. This has happened in part, and it is happening now. I wish to give you the real reason for the CSKT water treaty: the government’s takeover of all private water supplies in Western Montana “on behalf” of the Indian Tribes.
All of you are aware of the forces at work both within and without our nation’s borders toward global governance. The Agenda 21 actions placing the EPA as the determining body for the “protection” of the environment and the movement (as is occurring in China right now) of people from the rural areas into the cities. They’ll have future “stack-n-packs” of people crammed into cage-like conditions. Returning to Montana: this state is the first state both to pave the way and also for more sinister reasons.
The Flathead Valley in particular is an area of high strategic value. The rail line runs across the Continental Divide basically straight through Glacier National Park and into a small town (a seasonal tourist and ski-buff trap) named Whitefish, continuing on through Libby, MT and proceeding westward to Seattle and other parts in-between. Now in Montana, there are an extremely high percentage of veterans and gun owners, especially up in the mountains. The powers that be need these “water rights” to regulate the people and force them out of the hinterlands to enable them to control it.
Now, in addition to the rail line (picture tanks, APC’s, artillery, and all support equipment moving across the Divide), the valley itself is excellent for airports and air operations. In order to secure this area, first all of the people in the mountains who believe in God, guns, and Old Glory need to be controlled (the water compact does this) and systematically “made” to relocate.
From a national perspective, what has occurred in Montana has set the precedent for all private property rights in the U.S. to be strategically usurped.
The “frog placed in the cold water and brought to a gradual boil” is not a far-fetched analogy to be drawn! Look what has been lost, and the Statist-regime keeps making inroads. We do not have any victories, or (akin to the Overton window theory) if we do, it is only to move the accepted paradigm over just a little more. At this rate, one day we’ll wake up in real, iron shackles, if we are permitted to awaken at all.
They have stripped the people of Montana of their rights to own a well without being regulated; they now have the “right” to enter your property and do as they please. The people of Montana are the representative slice of the United States’ citizens as a whole. As Montanan’s rights burn, so will be pyred the rights of all of the citizens of the United States. The whole package will be signed into law by the same Democratic Governor who vetoed a bill forbidding the sheriffs from preventing federal agents from confiscating firearms should the need arise.
Readers, now is the time for truly intelligent discourse and analysis. I ask you: give your best thoughts in these comments…use all of your experiences and knowledge to contribute to this discussion. You have it in you: I know you do, because I have read your words and feel the same pains that you feel watching what has happened to our country. We truly stand, at this moment, at the twilight’s last gleaming. I look forward to hearing from you and bid you good day.

For decades now, we have been told to be afraid of the long-term effects of manmade carbon dioxide on our climate. Seemingly every day some new storm, drought, warm spell or cold snap is featured on the news, with government-funded scientists warning us that this is a sign of things to come unless the world reduces its CO2 production.
The problem, of course, is that this is a third-rate scientific hoax propagated on the strength of the public’s ignorance of the underlying science, or lack thereof. The models and predictions used to scare the public into believing that CO2 is driving climate and will continue to do so in an increasingly dangerous fashion share the distinction of being universally wrong in their predictions of trends over the past 15 years, yet we are still asked to believe in the long-term validity of these same falsified models.
As Robinson et. al. noted in their 2007 study, “Environmental Effects of Increased Atmospheric Carbon Dioxide,” published by the Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine, “Predictions of harmful climatic effects due to future increases in hydrocarbon use and minor greenhouse gases like CO2 do not conform to current experimental knowledge.”
Also in 2007, J. Scott Armstrong, a researcher at the University of Pennsylvania and the author of “Long-Range Forecasting,” a standard textbook on the principles of forecasting, co-authored an audit of the procedures that the IPCC used for its global warming projections, finding that those procedures violated 72 of the 89 relevant principles of scientific forecasting.
Last year the Journal of Geophysical Research-Atmospheres published a study showing that climate prediction models examining periods of less than 30 years on the geographical scale of continents are riddled with inaccuracies.
Earlier this year, the UK’s Met office was forced to revise downward their projections for temperature increase over the next four years after a 15 year standstill in global annual temperatures. Ironically, this divergence from the continuous temperature increases that had been predicted by the CO2 alarmists is now being blamed on “natural variability” including “the cycles of changes in solar activity,” which leaked drafts of the IPCC AR5 report due out next year indicate has been vastly underestimated.
Sadly, the fearmongering, hype and misleading predictions on this issue have become so internalized that there is a subsection of the population that is now willing to question whether every conceivable event in the galaxy is the result of carbon dioxide, even near-earth asteroids.
That so many are concentrating so much time and attention on the question of carbon dioxide, a trace gas in the atmosphere which itself is only partially manmade, is only to be expected. Scientists, pundits, writers and businessmen are only responding to the market incentives that are at play. Governments and universities around the world are now sinking billions of dollars a year into grants to fund research related to the supposed CO2 threat, and entire industries such as carbon trading and carbon sequestration, are developing in response to this interest. Quite simply, too much money and potential political power is at stake for the threat of global warming to be revealed as a false alarm.
One of the most worrying possibilities to arise from this trend, however, is the political legitimization of a concept that, ironically, has the potential to become a real threat to our environment: geoengineering.
The practice of geoengineering is now well over half a century old. As early as the late 1940s, American mathematician John von Neumann was researching weather modification and its potential uses in climatic warfare for the US Department of Defense. In the 1950s early cloudbursting experiments were performed by Wilhelm Reich and in 1956 Dr. Walter Russell was writing of the potential for complete weather control.
In the 1960s, Dr. Bernard Vonnegut, brother of the famous writer, vastly improved the techniques then in use by employing silver iodide crystals in the cloud seeding mixture. Silver iodide’s hygroscopic qualities insure water particles quickly bond with its crystalline structure. As the recent documentary Skywatcher points out, the process of cloud seeding is now so widely and routinely employed that it is having profound effects on our climate.
Given that CO2 is not the problem it is made out to be, coupled with the admitted advent of modern weather modification technologies in DoD research programs, it is impossible not to inquire into the possible links between the current push toward geoengineering and the military-industrial complex. Last year I had the chance to talk to Professor Michel Chossudovsky of the Centre for Research on Globalization about the past, present, and future of weather warfare technology.
The potential military benefits to the wartime deployment of weather modification technologies are self-evident. In fact, they are so self-evident that, as Professor Chossudovsky notes, the UN was compelled to introduce a convention in 1977 prohibiting the use of environmental modification technology in warfare. The US ratified that convention in 1980.
Other potential benefits to the deployment of this technology suggest themselves in the monetary sphere. So many events in the course of human activity are predicated on short-term weather and long-term climate phenomena that the ability to determine (or even influence) either could be extremely valuable. Insurance companies, for example, stand to lose billions (and reconstruction-related industries stand to make those same billions) every time a strong storm makes landfall in populated areas.
So it should not be surprising that a market has evolved for “weather derivatives,” effectively allowing large financial institutions to make money gambling on the weather. And it should also come as no surprise that this market was largely pioneered by that infamous globalist-connected insider corporation, Enron.
Last year I had the chance to talk to researcher Peter Kirby about Enron’s involvement in weather derivatives and the vast sums that stand to be made as geoengineering projects continue to be deployed under the threshold of public awareness.
Even if we were to assume that weather modification technologies are not currently being used for the purposes of weather warfare or market manipulation, the potential for such abuses alone should be more than enough to dissuade us from pursuing these technologies. Even more worrying, perhaps, are the true unknown environmental ramifications of the long-term effects of these technologies on our environment.
Ironically enough, those who are warning us of the potentially disastrous consequences of manmade climate change may be exactly right in their assessment after all. But in the end, it may not be the manmade CO2 they are worried about that is the real culprit of this coming catastrophe, but the geoengineering technologies that are being proposed as the “solution” to this problem.

Do you believe HAARP can induce earthquakes?

Do you believe that there is a covert spraying program that is spraying us with harmful particulates?

Do you believe there is a group of powerful people working towards creating a world government?

Okay.

They're eight major tectonic plates across the world and many minor plates. The relative motion that determines type of boundary when plates meet is key.
All the minor boundaries of the lithosphere are still imperfect in knowledge. I'm not too familiar with HAARP....but if it so could.....what's the drive behind building the technology? Army? Status?...Power?

The last question I agree with.
Centralization is the root of all greediness.....And, yes! Its more than likely a group of powerful people would like to unite the whole word as one. A one world order MASTERPLAN.

control over the climate

The US army unleashed heavy rains in vietnam to disrupt the suply lines of their enemy in operation popeye: WEAPONISED WEATHER

Power yes...the same reason they built all the other weapons...control

so you agree that a cabal of people are working towards gaining centralised control over the entire planet?

Now can you understand that they might use spraying as a weapon in that process?

For example they famously sprayed people in vietnam with monsantos 'agent orange' spray

HAARP And How Fukushima
Radiation Beamed Down To Australia

By Yoichi Shimatsu
Former General Editor - The Japan Times Weekly
Rense.com World Exclusive - Links Encouraged
1-18-12

The oddity of an eight-fold rise in radiation levels on the Caloundra Peninsula in southeast Australia, as reported in the South Coast Daily, defies logic since nuclear particles should have been diluted and more evenly spread after traversing the distance of 8,000 kilometers (5,000 miles) from Japan. Nuclear dust out of Fukushima actually travels over a much longer span before reaching Down Under, circling the globe several times and swirling madly due to air resistance to the Earth’s rotation.

Since a radiation spike near Brisbane cannot be explained by the normal laws of geophysics, the hot particles from Fukushima must have taken a short cut between the northern and southern hemispheres. In fact, a fast track does exist, an alternative route via an “artificial radiation belt” arching through the upper atmosphere from Alaska to Australia. Devised under a U.S. Navy program that started in 1957, the 'sky bridge' is composed of fast-moving super-charged protons trapped inside a field line or 'ring current'...a part of the Earth’s natural electromagnetic field.

The artificial beltway of ions is periodically recharged by the antennae array in Gakona, Alaska, known as HAARP, short for High-Altitude Auroral Research Project. After a half-century of official silence about the program, Pentagon has recently acknowledged its creation as an anti-missile shield in a 2010 report from Defense Threat Reduction Agency.

The report confirms that, under orders from the Eisenhower administration, the Pentagon and U.S. intelligence agencies created least two such electromagnetic arches in 1958 by detonating nuclear warheads at high-altitude:

Operation Hardtack, a series of 35 nuclear tests that included four successive high-altitude atomic explosions over Johnson Atoll in the Pacific, later supplemented by the Alaskan HAARP facility; and Operation Argus, a series of covert rocket-launched nuclear blasts over the South Atlantic, later refreshed by HAARP stations in Thule Airbase, Greenland, and the EISCAT array in Tromso, Norway.

These top-secret operations were intended to form shields of high-energy protons against Soviet ballistic missiles on the flanks of the North American continent. In early January this year, the ring current over the Pacific inadvertently served as a conduit for huge dosages of cesium, strontium and other radioactive protons to be transported into distant Australia. This “accidental” hijacking of HAARP, if repeated, could lead to the extinction of living creatures across Oceania and Southern Africa.

Beyond the Beach

Stanley Kramer’s classic film “On the Beach” (1959), depicting the end of human life following a nuclear war, assumed that it would take five months for radiation from north of the Equator to reach the last survivors in Australia. The script, based on a novel by Neville Shute, was much too optimistic. Fallout from the March 11 meltdown at Fukushima No.1 nuclear plant landed over Oceania within five weeks.

Even that is a snail’s pace compared with riding the HAARP-assisted electromagnetic field line. Following the New Years earthquake in Japan, much more concentrated dosages of Fukushima particles were measured in Australia in a mere five days. What a difference technology makes! The cast of “On the Beach” * Gregory Peck, Ava Gardner and Anthony Perkins * would have thought a sky bridge to be a fantasy out of science fiction, even though it was created just a year before the movie’s release.

Today, five decades later, there are still educated people who refuse to comprehend the pervasiveness of electromagnetic technology in contemporary society, even though they use mobile phones, watch television, switch off their digital devices aboard airplanes, and put their bodies through scanners. Some of these know-nothings are editors and producers with news media, who consider HAARP to be the wild imaginings of conspiracy theorists. Why bother to take on the difficulties of understanding a complex technology when blissful ignorance is far less troubling?

The Greek Paperclip

The theoretic outline for creating an electromagnetic sky bridge is credited to an electrical engineer named Nicholas Constantine Christofilos (the surname in Greek means “the love of Christ”). His official biography from his chief employer, the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, contains obvious inconsistencies. Born in Boston in 1916, he was educated at a technical school in Greece, where he remained throughout the Axis occupation (1941-45), a rather curious choice for an American citizen.

Under the Nazi occupation, Christofilos ran an elevator business, according to the official record. This out-of-character career sounds much like a cavalier cover story concocted by an OSS officer, since Athens was then a low-rise city of walk-up flats, and largely still remains so today. Its first office tower, requiring lifts, wasn’t constructed until 1971.

During the war years, the Greek “elevator engineer” focused on the German theories on particle physics or Deutsche Physik, presumably based on the papers of Werner Heisenberg, Paul Harteck and Erik Schumann. Much of this strategic field was, however, a well-kept secret under the Nazi-sponsored Uranprojekt.

Under the auspices of unnamed benefactors at war’s end, Christofilos was soon working for Livermore Lab on high-energy particle physics. In 1957, he proposed the creation of artificial radiation belts over the ocean, even though the natural Van Allen belts were not discovered until the following year by Explorer 1, the first American satellite launch. Within a year, the Navy was implementing his plan.

Christophilos served as chief scientist for the Operation Argus blasts in the South Atlantic in 1958, but apparently not over the larger Hardtack test series in the Pacific. It is hard to fathom why the Navy would name its nuclear extravaganza after the pasty-tasting dry biscuit fed to sailors. Hardtack does have striking similarity to the surname of Paul Harteck, the physicist who headed the German military’s atom bomb program during World War II.

There is a strong possibility that Christophilos was writing proposals to the Navy on behalf of the German physicists he so admired, probably with the quiet approval of their American supervisors from the Paperclip program, which had smuggled German scientists to the West. The launch of Sputnik on October 4, 1957, triggered a frenzied scientific rivalry * along with a missile duel * between the U.S. and USSR. The Joint Chiefs had no choice but to give a blank check to rocket scientist Werner von Braun. The rapid deployment of the missile shield indicated that Harteck’s disciples were probably also given every incentive to roll out their esoteric technologies.

Operation Hardtack comprised a variety of nuclear tests, 35 in total. Three high-altitude blasts over Johnson Atoll were related to the Christophilos proposal:

Yucca * a balloon-lifted device exploded in the lower stratosphere (15 miles up)

Teak * 1.9 megaton warhead aboard a Redstone rocket into the mesosphere (45 miles)

Orange * 1.9 megaton aboard a Redstone, detonated at upper stratosphere (25 miles)

After the successful experiments to create artificial radiation belts, Christophilos was invited by the CIA to join the JASON group of military-related scientists.

Spiraling Protons

The Hardtack and Argus shields are created with captured high-energy protons from nuclear fission or from the splitting of neutrons by cosmic rays below the stratosphere. The protons are reflected at the edges of the existing (natural) electromagnetic field line, spiraling along the entire arc. While some protons are lost in transit or at the terminus over land, most simply bounce back in the opposite direction, volleying back and forth between the polar regions like ping pong balls.

Starting in troposphere, the field line then arcs out to a turning point 150 miles over the Equator, before descending to the terminus, much like a rainbow. The arc does not move along a north-south longitudinal line, but instead follows the slanting magnetic axis between the magnetic poles, which are skewed away from the Earth’s rotational axis. The path is not quite a straight line as on a flat map since the Earth’s curvature also has to be taken into account.

Connect the Dots - Made in Fukushima

The alignment of HAARP with the Pacific Ring current in January results in roughly the following longitudinal positions:
HAARP facility, Gakona, Alaska * 172 degrees E

Johnson Atoll * 169 E

Caloundra-Brisbane * 153 E

With a short step back in time, it can be inferred that a meltdown started soon after the January 1 Izu Earthquake, after damage was done to the cooling pools for the spent fuel rods atop Reactor 4. At some point between January 6 and 9, the heat was intense enough to trigger the release of a large burst of electrons from the melting fuel rods.

The lightweight negative-charged electrons were propelled northeastward by the Earth’s rotation and the jet stream. After traversing Alaska, some of those electrons were captured over the HAARP range, feeding into the electromagnetic sky bridge.

The heavier and slower protons, partly stripped of their electron shells, chased after the speedy negative charges and were thus also sucked up into the sky bridge. Within a few days, the remnant ionic charges over the Anchorage-Valdez-Fairbanks triangle were equalized, and the flow of protons into the sky bridge slowed dramatically. The radioactive particles resumed their movement toward negative-charged magnetic North Pole, ripping down the protective ozone layer.

At the other end of the Rainbow Bridge, heavier protons dropped out over land in Australia. Since land masses and protons carry a positive charge, magnetic repellance slowed their descent and spread the radiation over a wide area. Nonetheless, the concentration of radioactive protons was significant, measuring 8 times higher than normal readings for the isolated region.

While a significant dose was delivered for a relatively short period, the threat remains for more radiation fast-tracking to Australia if Fukushima experiences more flash events. The fact that a surprising amount of radiation showed up in Australia so quickly, it can also be surmised that the meltdown of spent fuel rods at Reactor 4 was intense. Indeed, local residents reported that the Fukushima plant was evacuated in the first week of January. The Australian spike is showing that the Japanese government and nuclear-plant operator Tepco are being dishonest in claiming a cold shutdown at Fukushima when, in fact, the nuclear plant is undergoing a new crisis.

Meanwhile, the U.S. government has never issued a risk assessment on its high-altitude anti-missile shields, which include:

- the threat of cancer due to fallout from nuclear explosions in the stratosphere;

- adverse effects on the Earth’s electromagnetic field, which protects the atmosphere;

- loses of satellites and destruction of property on the ground; and

- financial losses from program failure due with anti-radiation cloaking of missiles,

Aum on the Range

Sixteen years ago, this writer warned about the dangers of electromagnetic warfare technology, but governments, communities and the press refused to take heed, preferring the comfort of falsehood. Today, those esoteric weapons systems are threatening the immediate future of the population that they were supposed to protect. The real enemy is not some robotic military force abroad; rather it is human laxity, ignorance and fear that have led to reliance on flawed technologies for security.

Knowledgeable figures, including retired Senator Sam Nunn (now head of the Nuclear Threat Initiative), concurred with the 1995 investigative journalism of this editor and his Japan Times Weekly reporting team that the Aum Shinrikyo sect was conducting research into “seismic induction” with long-frequency radio waves. At a Senate Armed Services committee hearing, Nunn himself warned of terrorists producing or hijacking earthquake-triggering weapons.

The investigative trail led from the Tokyo subway gassing to Kalgoorie, Western Australia, where Aum scientists had established a research ranch in the early 1990s. Upon arrival at the dusty sheep station in the early 1990s, the Aum team members immediately began to take readings of the ground current. At the time, the Pentagon and the Australian Air Force was conducting secret tests of electromagnetic weapons at the nearby Jindalee Test Range. These were being tracked and observed by Aum.

The end results of HAARP’s long-distance effects were spectacular. From Australian scientists, I received photos of light sabers and luminous crosses in clear blue skies. The capper, however, was a nuclear-scale blast that destroyed a gold mine, apparently caused by an electromagnetic strike. HAARP was no longer a defensive missile shield, it was being transformed into an instrument of international aggression.

Our series of interviews of Aum cadres, including their local convert * a former member of the esoteric Sukyo Mahikari apolyptic sect * pointed to official collaboration between high-level sponsors in the governments of Japan and Australia. The elite supporters of Aum included local politicians benefiting from Gold Coast investments by the Anzen-Kyowa finance company along with wealthy Australians from Bond University and “super-rich circles of Perth,” some of them associates of Adnan Kashoggi, the arms dealer who ran the Iran-Contra scheme.

The real estate agent who acquired the Kalgoorie ranch for Aum was married to an officer with the rank of major in the Australian Defence Intelligence service. In the wake of the Tokyo subway gassing, the Australian military and police launched a massive cover-up to hide their links with the sect. A mysterious team in white safety suits flew into Kalgoorie to plant fake evidence of “sarin experiments” on sheep. (Sarin was never used inside the Tokyo subways, according the Self-Defense Force team that initially entered the underground. Based on their American-made detectors, mustard gas was the primary toxin. The Japan Times Weekly was the only press to ever interview the SDF on the gassing incident. The rest of the media hid their heads like ostriches.)

What the Canberra government and the Pentagon were then hiding, of course, were their catastrophic experiments with HAARP technology as a geophysical weapon of mass destruction, triggering earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, large blasts, intense fires and psychological impairment. The Japanese intelligence service took a strong interest in this new generation of super-weapons, which could be guised as natural phenomena, and dispatched Aum to Australia on an espionage mission.

Hideo Murai, Aum’s chief scientist and astrophysicist, told Weekly reporters that the April 1995 Kobe-Hanshin Earthquake had been triggered by an “earthquake machine” based on a HAARP system operated by an unnamed “foreign power.” Initially, his claim seemed a bit crazed, but coming from someone with a higher IQ than Albert Einstein’s, we checked his veracity versus the existing record. In interviews with top seismologists, I learned that “curious readings” were measured in the ionosphere above Kobe for a period of “six months before the quake.”

The U.S. Patent Office had on file the early design for HAARP by Bernard Eastlund, then chief scientist with ARCO (Atlantic Richfield Oil Company). Eastlund aimed to burn gas from Alaskan oilfields to generate electricity and transfer that energy to California via an electromagnetic beam. For any remaining skeptics, consider how electricity is being transported by microwave.

On the week that I published the findings, Murai was murdered in front of television cameras by a knife-wielding rightist Korean gangster. Obviously, Western governments ordered a summary execution to be televised live over the evening news to encourage journalists from any further investigation. Despite threats and shooting deaths, our team continued to pursue those responsible, resulting in the prosecution of high-level politicians and their kin involve in the formation of Aum Shinrikyo as an international arms-purchasing front following the collapse of the Soviet Union. The entire story is far too convoluted to be discussed here.

I am describing these background events now for several reasons: first, to show the factual basis for the criminal uses of HAARP technology; second, to assign responsibility for the deaths of 6,000 victims of the Kobe quake and many other EM-related incidents; and, third, to send a signal to the White House staff, the CIA and Pentagon that their attempts to suppress the facts, including shooting the messengers, have failed and will continue to fail. The truth will prevail. - Yoichi Shimatsu

So....when we scan the chessboard what do we see?

We see Isreal pushing the US into war with Iran; we see the russians finally agreeing to supply iran with air defence missiles as if russia believes Iran is under threat

We have The US holding military practices on the streets of the US where they are deploying troops on the streets as if they are anticipating some sort of major disaster

We know the government wants to lock down the country and usher in its fascist dictatorship the same way Hitler did when he burned down the reichstag parliament building and blamed it on his political enemies.

So....the perfect move here would be to let off a nuke within the USA and then to blame it on Iran. War could then be unleashed against Iran

Meanhwhile copycat false flag attacks could be blamed in ISIS justifying martial law and a lock down of the US

Or it could be a breakdown of the economy that they are preparing for, with the public clashing increasingly with the cops who have been trained by the israeli military to behave like psychopaths

Either way, something big is in the pipeline and all the bickering people are doing about petty little issues and over party politics and all the other trivial crap will suddenly be eclipsed by the real world

And in the UK i can't see any party scrapping the trident missile system even though the tens of billions of pounds needed to upgrade it could be used to save the ailing National health service because they will pull the same shit they pulled last time and make some false flag to stir up cold war fears

Last time the newspapers were talking about scrapping trident a russian defector in London suddenly fell ill from polonium poisoning and died a slow and public death for the media which was then promptly blamed on the russians thereby stirring up old fears of a red bogeyman

I wonder if this will be the last election we even have; after this one they might just go the whole way and try and bring in their new world order, but to do so they will need an event that will really throw the public into confusion and fear

Lord Janner served as a company director until six days before being ruled too unwell to be tried for suspected child abuse.
Director of Public Prosecutions Alison Saunders sparked outrage when she said his dementia meant he could not understand what would happen in a courtroom.
Yet less than a week earlier, the Labour peer was at the top of a list of company directors for his firm West Heath Road Seasons Ltd.
In official documents lodged at Companies House, he listed his occupation as: ‘Working Peer, Writer, Lecturer.’

Lord Janner served as a company director until six days before being ruled too unwell to be tried for suspected child abuse
The company, which manages Janner’s £2million home and seven other flats in his luxury north London development, had reserves of £8,350, the latest accounts show.
Janner, 86, stood down as a director of the company on April 10, six days before the chief prosecutor announced he would escape being charged with 22 child sex offences.
It follows the revelation Janner transferred ownership of his apartment to his three children in the same month his Parliamentary office was searched by police last year, and four months after a similar raid on his home.
Now it can also be revealed the alleged paedophile used his holiday home on the south coast to entertain teenage boys, according to former neighbours.
The Labour grandee was a regular visitor to the flat in a discreet gated block with stunning sea views until it was sold last year.
The peer bought his two-bedroom holiday apartment in the upmarket East Cliff area of Bournemouth in 1987.
One former neighbour, who did not want to be named, said: ‘He was sometimes seen at the flat with much younger boys in their teens or early 20s.

At the time it was definitely noticed, but no one talked about things like that in public back then.’ Janner’s flat was on the seventh floor of a large clifftop block with views over the sea and the building’s outdoor swimming pool.
Neighbours said the peer, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2009, was seen ‘coming and going’ as recently as last year.
A long-term resident said: ‘[Janner] was always in and out, in and out. Always in a hurry.

‘I last saw him in 2014. He seemed exactly the same, no difference to his health – very busy. There is a wonderful community here but I don’t think he made friends with anyone.’
Former Bournemouth mayor Anne Filer, who is a leading member of the town’s Jewish community, said she never heard even a ‘whisper’ of concerns about Janner’s behaviour.
The peer owned a share of the freehold for the seaside flat until March 1996, when he transferred it to his wife Myra and daughter Marion, official records show.

Less than a week before the announcement he wouldn't be charged, Lord Janner was at the top of a list of company directors for his firm West Heath Road Seasons Ltd
His wife died at the end of that year, and the apartment is thought to have passed into his daughter’s ownership before being sold in June last year for £300,000.
Leicestershire Police declined to comment on whether they were looking into Janner’s activities in Bournemouth, saying only that their inquiry remained a ‘live investigation’.
Meanwhile, the police watchdog, the Independent Police Complaints Commission, said it was carrying out its own investigation into Leicestershire Police’s response to complaints of abuse by Janner and others made in 1991, 2001 and 2006.
Another of the peer’s alleged victims has come forward to describe how he was abused at a working men’s club in the 1970s.
The man said Janner befriended him when he was eight by buying him ‘pop and crisps’ while his single mother was at work.
But within months the then-Labour MP allegedly began sexually assaulting him in a ‘secret room’ at the club.
The alleged victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said the abuse continued until he went to secondary school aged 11.
‘I have flashbacks of things that happened. I can see his face and his smile and his smirk in my head. I can’t get it out of my head,’ he told BBC Radio 5 Live.
Janner’s family have issued a statement insisting he is ‘entirely innocent of any wrongdoing’.

Then MP Greville Janner with young schoolchildren when he was President of the Board of Deputies and lay leader of the British Jewish community
The tale of corruption and criminality is so sinister that it might have been plucked from the plot of a late-night TV drama.
At its heart is a famous politician with a dark secret: he has for years been living a vile double life as a prolific abuser of children.
His crimes are known to the forces of law and order in the city that he represents. Yet the local police chief, a close friend and fellow Freemason, works to ensure that he is never brought to justice.
At one point, when the ‘untouchable’ Parliamentarian is threatened with exposure, in a messy court case, local detectives falsify criminal evidence in an effort to protect him.
Soon afterwards, the politician sends ‘heavies’ to knock on the doors of witnesses, in the hope of intimidating them into staying silent.
Then allies in City Hall instruct staff to shred documents that might result in his repellent activities becoming public.
Finally, the police chief launches an organised campaign to destroy the reputation of a brave whistle-blower who is attempting to expose the whole, stinking business.
As a result, the abuse continues unchecked, on an industrial scale. Dozens, if not scores, more vulnerable children are abused. Many still bear the scars to this day.

At the heart of the alleged conspiracy to protect Lord Janner is Michael Hirst (pictured). He was the Chief Constable of Leicestershire for much of the 1980s
Corruption being a two-way street, the politician, meanwhile, helps funnel public money to the very police force whose bosses are helping him stay out of jail.
Sounds appalling, doesn’t it? But these deeply disturbing events have not been taken from a fictitious crime novel or TV script.
Instead, they are contained in a dossier of legal documents which outline events that took place in a British city during the 1980s and 1990s.
That city is Leicester. And the politician is Greville Janner, the Labour Peer and former MP who has in recent weeks been accused of countless child sex crimes, over a career that spanned four decades. His family have strenuously denied any such wrong-doing.
The fate of the 86-year-old is at the centre of a political storm after Alison Saunders, the Director of Public Prosecutions, decided that he should never be tried for his alleged crimes, which include 16 indecent assaults, and six counts of buggery, against nine children, because he is suffering from dementia.
In light of the ensuing controversy, which has seen more than 30 extra victims come forward, the aforementioned legal dossier, which I obtained a copy of this week, makes explosive reading.
Comprising dozens of letters, affidavits, witness statements and hundreds of pages of court papers, it offers a contemporaneous take from someone close to the case on how he believed Janner both committed his vile crimes and got away with them.
At the heart of the alleged conspiracy is a man called Michael Hirst. He was the Chief Constable of Leicestershire for much of the 1980s, and went on to become a director of the private security company Group 4.
According to the legal papers, which date from the early 1990s, Mr Hirst just happened to be ‘very close friends’ with Greville Janner. Both men, the dossier alleges, were Freemasons.
As a result of their relationship, it claims that Janner was protected from prosecution — even though his ‘activities with young boys’ were ‘well known by police’.
Although they knew that the MP had ‘been at it for years,’ junior officers said he was ‘never arrested, because strings are always pulled up above’.

In return, the documents claim, Janner repeatedly ‘stood up in Parliament asking for more money for Leicestershire constabulary.’ They also suggest that Janner’s criminal activities spanned several towns, regions and police jurisdictions.
In the market town of Coalville, for example, he ‘was involved setting up young homosexuals with flats in Agar Nook [a deprived housing estate] with the East Midlands Housing Association, and then calling round for payment in kind’.
At Leicester’s Holiday Inn, where the MP often stayed, the documents claim a witness ‘remembered the management closing the swimming pool to hotel guests, allowing Janner to swim in the pool with a young boy’.
In London, where he lived with his wife and children, and spent most weeknights, the papers allege that ‘the Met [police] at Notting Hill have a file relating to Janner and young boys’.
As far away as Scotland, an alleged victim approached staff at Edinburgh West Police Station in July 1991 and ‘made allegations of being buggered by Greville Janner while … on holiday for two weeks in Scotland alone with Janner’.
At this point, it should be stressed that the incriminating version of events outlined in the papers was compiled by one man.
Though it dovetails with much wider evidence about Janner’s alleged crimes, and seems at times to be forensically detailed (with statements and affidavits from multiple supporting witnesses), it was never properly tested in court.
The author was Ian Henning, a legal investigator (and former police officer) who had once worked on the defence team of a notorious convicted paedophile called Frank Beck.
Mr Beck, a former Liberal councillor and children’s home manager from Leicester, was, in 1991, given five life sentences, plus a further 24 years jail, for abusing youngsters in his care.
Owing to the severity of the crimes (police claimed Beck had abused 200 victims), the evidence at his trial was deeply shocking.

+9

The trial also revealed a sensational side plot in which a witness claimed to have been repeatedly abused by Janner during the 1970s, when he’d been aged between 14 and 16.
The witness, by the time of the court case a married father of three in his 30s, gave a credible account of being subjected to a terrifying sexual assault at the MP’s London home, while Janner’s wife and children were away.
He claimed to have then had an illegal sexual relationship with Janner which lasted for almost two years.
The man showed the jury affectionate letters from the MP, talked of being given expensive presents by him and told how he’d been taken to the Houses of Parliament, Labour HQ, and a string of expensive hotels.
Their abusive relationship only ended, he claimed, when he moved into a home run by Beck, who forbade him from seeing the MP.
Defence lawyers therefore attempted to use his testimony to argue that Beck was a protector, rather than abuser of boys. They described him as a ‘fall guy’ who was being prosecuted to protect the MP. The jury, of course, disagreed.
But after the 1991 conviction, Ian Henning, an employee of Leicester law firm Greene D’Sa, remained convinced of Beck’s innocence, and Janner’s guilt. He began working on an appeal.
It had the support of prisoners’ rights campaigner and Labour peer Lord Longford (who also believed in Beck’s innocence) and was to be handled in court by Anthony Scrivener, a QC famed for representing the Guildford Four (whose convictions were quashed after being wrongly jailed for 15 years for blowing up two pubs in the Surrey town in an IRA bombing campaign).
The documents quoted on these pages were all produced by Henning for that appeal.
As well as advocating Beck’s innocence, they offer a hair-raising, first-hand take on both Greville Janner’s alleged involvement in the case and its purported cover-up.
One of the papers is a witness statement written in 1993.
In it, Henning claims that during the run-up to Beck’s 1991 trial, junior police officers repeatedly told him that they were also investigating Janner for alleged child abuse.
‘On more than one occasion, police officers said “you must be the only bloke in Leicester who doesn’t know what he [Janner] gets up to”,’ it reads. ‘Police officers would be challenging and vociferous in making remarks such as “oh, it’s well known,” or “I’ve known about him for years”.’
The same police officers also claimed the MP was being protected by Chief Constable Hirst, Henning states.
Often, they would remark that ‘Janner and the chief constable are close personal friends’, or ask: ‘Why do you think that he [Janner] keeps standing up in Parliament asking for more money for Leicestershire Constabulary? No other Leicester MP does.

Labour Peer and former MP Lord Janner has in recent weeks been accused of countless child sex crimes, over a career that spanned four decades
‘One remark repeatedly made to me by numerous police officers while referring to Janner was “you’re in Leicester now and anything to do with Greville Janner will be covered up”.’
And so it proved.
Elsewhere in the 1993 document, which runs to 38 pages, Henning tells how, on May 11, 1990, detectives visited the home of Jennifer Lesiakowski, a former care home resident who alleged that she had been raped by Frank Beck.
They took a statement, and persuaded her to give evidence for the prosecution at his trial.
‘In her statement, [Lesiakowski] made reference to Greville Janner MP,’ Henning writes. ‘However, on May 17, 1990, the police officers returned to Lesiakowski with a typed copy of her original statement in which all reference to Greville Janner had been edited out.’
The documents also talk of how murky efforts began to be made to silence the alleged male Janner victim who intended to speak for the defence at the 1991 trial (and was by then living in Barnsley, South Yorkshire).
‘[He] was approached on two occasions by people who stated that they were representatives of Greville Janner and warned of the consequences for the witness, his wife and three young children if he attended any court hearing,’ Henning’s statement continues.
Henning says: ‘I assisted the witness to report these threats to the South Yorkshire and Leicestershire constabularies, as it was a deliberate attempt to pervert the course of justice and frightened [the victim] and his family.’
As a result of the sinister visits, the victim moved home. But attempts to intimidate him continued.
‘During October 1991, [the victim] told me [Henning] that the tenants who moved into his old address answered a knock at their front door to two men who stated that they had been sent by Greville Janner to warn [the victim] not to give evidence in the Beck trial.’
These shady figures weren’t the only people apparently attempting to protect Janner in the run-up to Beck’s trial, however. So, too, were Leicester social services, in whose homes many of Janner’s purported victims had lived.
With regard to the man intended to testifty in court, Henning claims that ‘all mention of Greville Janner had been removed from [his] Social Services file.’
‘The “Befriender” record, which regulations require be affixed to the inside of the front cover of all Social Service files, detailing any period a child spends away from the Children’s Home with a “befriender”, was missing.’
Other files which might have exposed Janner’s abuse of other children were simply destroyed.
‘In early February 1991, I received information that files relating to the children who had attended the Beeches Children’s Home during the “Beck era” had been taken by the gardener to County Hall, where a council employee ... had shredded them,’ Henning writes.

Eventually, two of the relatively junior detectives working on the case — named as Mick Creedon and Kelvyn Ashby — were told by their superiors to drop all inquiries into the MP.
‘There is no doubt in my mind that initially both Detective Inspector Ashby and Detective Sergeant Creedon intended to arrest Greville Janner,’ reads a different legal paper, compiled by Henning in 1991. ‘But as time progressed, using their own words, “we were prevented from doing so by higher ranking officers”.’
Both Ashby and Creedon have recently confirmed that version of events. Creedon — now Chief Constable of Derbyshire — says the decision to stop investigating Janner ‘was taken by people more senior than me’. Did those ‘senior’ people include Chief Constable Hirst?
Creedon has so far declined to name names to the Press, though he may be more forthcoming to the Independent Police Complaints Commission, which is believed to be investigating this affair.
As for Hirst, he is unable to pass comment, having died. But his widow, Ruth, denies that he was either a Freemason or a particularly close friend of the MP.
‘I think Michael thought Janner was guilty,’ she said this week. ‘I don’t know who made the decision not to arrest [Janner] but I suspect it was somebody higher up than Michael.’
One thing Hirst certainly did preside over, however, was a bizarre and — in retrospect — very sinister attempt to silence Ian Henning in the months and years that followed the Beck trial.
It began in late 1991, when Leicestershire police announced that Henning would no longer be considered a ‘suitable person to attend an interview of a suspect or person in custody at a police station’.
In a letter to Henning’s law firm Greene D’Sa, they added that the force had written to both the Law Society and the Solicitors Complaints Bureau to have Henning struck off, on the grounds that (among other things) he’d improperly briefed the media about Janner’s involvement in the Beck case.
Henning, who denied that allegation, was then arrested. His house was searched and several documents and items of evidence relating to Janner seized, never to be seen again.
It took ten months for police to announce that no charges would actually be filed against him. In the meantime, he won leave to seek a judicial review of the decision to ban him from doing legal work in police stations.
‘My arrest was a response by the Leicestershire Constabulary to bully, threaten and intimidate me into silence,’ he wrote in papers prepared for that case.
‘Why are the Leicestershire Constabulary so interested in the welfare of Greville Janner. Is he a client of the constabulary?’
A good question. But one that would, sadly, never be asked in court.
In May 1994, Frank Beck suffered a fatal heart attack at Whitemoor prison in Cambridgeshire, forcing his appeal to be abandoned.
To this day, many friends believe Beck was innocent, and Janner guilty — though others say there is ample evidence that both men were guilty, and were in fact accomplices.
Eighteen months later, Henning’s judicial review was also abandoned.
He, too, died suddenly and unexpectedly, in a road accident in December 1995, aged 57, before the case could be heard.
‘Ian never saw justice,’ his widow, Dee, told me this week. ‘He had absolutely no doubt of Janner’s involvement in paedophilia, and believed to the end that things had been covered up, and covered up far too easily.
‘We don’t know how many children suffered as a result of that cover up. But at least we are finally starting to see his crimes laid bare in print. Janner may never be prosecuted, but I think Ian would see that as the next best thing.’
