I already saw Rutte's press conference live, because I live here. And he already stated if it gets worse our next step is total lockdown. Already schools and daycares are closed for almost a month. Everyone must work from home, save for groceries and take out. Public gathering is banned. Period, no people may gather outside. We are ordered to stay 1.5 meters apart even when and if we go out for a walk with our child or dog. Basically house arrest. If people are seen closer than 1.5 meter they get a €400 ticket. Businesses who don't comply- €4,000.

And honestly, there's more Darwin in Murica now than ever. So that's pretty even too.

Why did he decide to disband it? There is plenty of previous out breaks of mass illness just in the past 20 years to prove it warranted to keep such a team on standby.

So my question is, why now, during his term was this group pulled out of service in July 2018, and a world wide pandemic occurs December 2019? Or, did it start much earlier than that ... like in 2018-2019 and it's just now doing it's thing ???
