Corona / Wuhan virus

This is not political. This is death. Vague? Pointing fingers gets us nowhere. When you point a finger, remember four are pointing back at you.....just for clarity. Anything positive to say to help people? The world?

I wonder how many materials in the world this will not cling to? Surely this will not live in a vacuum? If it lives on cardboard, find another shipping agent to use. Can cardboard be treated with something that will prevent this death from living on it?
It may be a very small thing used to defeat this. Think ahead. Let's go to war with it instead of treating it. No man alive could have prevented this from coming to America. We were eight weeks behind China...on a worldwide basis.
I wonder if something would eat this? Stores are installing plexiglass at cash registers. Some are scanning charge cards through the plexiglass. Stores are taping floors to keep people away from each other. It may be something simple, like worldwide prayer. If you don't like hearing that, then you know how much sense it makes to me to bash someone when the world could be dying. Gird up your loins and let's fight this together.

Yeah...that's the patronizing I was talking about.
How did I know you were going to say that old four pointed back at you BS - followed by another patronizing - "what are you doing to save the world?"

It IS political when our political "leaders" are making things exponentially worse.
I'm not going to bury my head in the sand and pretend they are super awesome saviors.
The continued apathy toward helping those most in need is palpable.
Trump is human garbage and he doesn't care about human life unless it's his own.

So yeah...that is patronizing.

I worry for people braving out this to help, even in small ways. People selling guns, for example. People ask if they can "see" a gun. They handle the gun, then hand it back to the seller in the store. The seller has to handle the firearm right after someone else handled it, then put it back on display. Another person wants to "see" it, and it goes on all day. Every person touching that is at risk. Why don't the stores stop letting people handle the guns? You want it or not? Haven't made your mind up yet? Come back when you have. cont'd

Saw a customer in a store I help at come in, pick up and handle at least a hundred items, then leave.
I apologize if I used the wrong analogy for some folk, but I work around it five days a week. I feel for my friends. They should stop showing and letting people handle them.

I feel the best approach to help, even if just a little bit, would be a different approach for the times. "You touch it? You bought it." Maybe this little thing would help. Anyone with the smallest of ideas, please post them here.

Worried about gun shop owners?
How about the general public who are buying groceries at the store....how many folks touch each product before you buy it and take it home?
Priorities I guess.

That's why we have closed nonessential businesses here. It's impractical to do anything else, it seems, for the time being.

Yeah, fair play to them, they closed down here too. Although, I'm pretty sure you can only buy muskets and blunderbusses (blunderbi?) here these days.
 
How about showering using Octagon Soap? Maybe it will help?
