Economic Meltdown 2018

In 1988 the economist magazine cover (Google it) predicted that in 2018 a new world currency would be required. This signals the end of the petrol dollar and the USA will be thrown into a new depression.

China/Russia and the one belt/one road initiative and the Gold backed Reminbi come into effect later this month or later this year. Saudi Arabia is cozying up to Russia and moving away from the Petrol dollar. 2018 is almost here.

Why should we believe the Rothschild owned economist magazine? Below is example of how they work:

IN THE EARLY 19TH CENTURY ROTHSCHILD SET UP A EUROPE-WIDE NETWORK OF MESSENGERS AND CARRIER PIGEON STATIONS, GATHERING INFORMATION THAT COULD AFFECT HIS INVESTMENTS. HE SOON GARNERED A REPUTATION FOR BEING FIRST WITH THE NEWS.

ACCORDING TO POPULAR LEGEND, WHEN THE BATTLE OF WATERLOO WAS BEING FOUGHT IN JUNE 1815, OTHER SPECULATORS WATCHED ROTHSCHILD’S STOCKS IN AN ATTEMPT TO GUESS WHO WOULD WIN. SHORTLY AFTER THE BATTLE ENDED, AND LONG BEFORE ANYONE ELSE KNEW WHO WAS THE VICTOR, HE BEGAN SELLING STOCKS. EVERYONE ASSUMED THIS MEANT NAPOLEON HAD WON AND EUROPE WAS LOST. PANIC SELLING ENSUED. WHEN PRICES CRASHED, ROTHSCHILD BOUGHT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT AND MADE A PROFIT.

Hmm yeah. The end of the Petro dollar means the end of the American Empire. Anyone that owns stocks will lose their money. And anyone that has any kind of life savings will lose them. However conversely, all debt will be eradicated immediately. Which means the end of fiat currency. Which is a good thing for everyone until Russia or China invade.

Yeah, I doubt the banks will let their debt go just like that, but I doubt people will care about their debt to the banks if they take their money.

But I will tell you this, gold is leveraged 300:1 ... the price is being supressed. Think of it like this "1 coat 300 claim checks". Supply and demand will drive the price up when China/Russia insist actual gold is staked and not just a claim check. The price of gold will break to the upside. That is only one possible scenario. Silver will follow gold when it gets too expensive.

You don't live in a major city... do you?

I do, and in fact I live in one that has been targeted many times.
I've ridden in cabs with Islamic extremists. That's not hyperbole or racism.

I have family who are well off, access to bunkers, my own armory, I am certified and part of an emergency first responders team.
I have no worries. I may die tomorrow from a tumor or a tomahawk missile. We all could, that's life.

well you should be fine... for me it's kinda like I see a bus coming and I think people should be prepared for it's arrival... I could be completely wrong, may not happen in 2018, may not happen in 2020. I think we are in the late stages of the game.

What is your opinion? You seem not positively disposed toward the thread? Any reason for that?

The nature of the thread is highly conspiratorial, I am supplying opposition to that in order to figure out any truth in it.

It's not really a conspiracy. The petrodollar (USD) is really just an economic bubble waiting to burst! How do we know this? It's backed by nothing and there are trillions of them, yet they still have value. This is a classic example of a bubble that is maintained by some amazingly inventive american people who, despite of their corrupt government, keep the US in the forefront of the world.

#2big2fail

Can you explain how?

I don't mean ever, I just mean the likelihood of it happening is minimal and insignificant beyond a standard level of paranoia.
There are a lot of other minimally significant things I could freak out about. I'm more afraid of myself. Dying by accidental injury is pretty high up there.

I was hopeing you might be, I appreciate the voice of reason... I also appreciate someone who can tell me where my logic is flawed. I would very much like for someone to tell me I'm wrong, unfortunately I don't think I am. Conspiratorial is a funny word though isn't? As if conspiracies no longer exist. In polite conversation, you avoid being called a conspiracy theorist, because not only do they not exist, never have existed and never will again. We are living in a bright shiny happy world, free society where you can freely drive down the street without checkpoints, (oh wait, nevermind), Your purchasing power isn't being eroded (price of a movie is still .69 cents right? and you can still buy a house on 1person's salary), and the government isn't borrowing money from the big banks at interest, when they could be borrowing from the people interest free. Never happens, other things that haven't happened. Libya wasn't bombed out of existence to prevent Africa from trading oil for Gold and first thing they didn't do was install a central bank. I guess President Kennedy didn't mention a world wide conspiracy in his speech at the Astoria and of course he must have been killed by a magic bullet from a single gunman in a book depository, then killed before reaching trial, guilt is assumed. Oi, but I digress, there are other posts I'll have to read them :p

So, my point is we have to deal with this conspiracy thing because it has become a word that it is used by people who don't understand the situation to instantly discredit the people who do...

so, all of a sudden there is no secret plots, schemes, plans, machinations, ploys, tricks or subterfuge used by a group to do something unlawful in Washington or around the world? Evidence to the contrary...

Pretty standard answer except after 2008 the central bank (the Fed) filled its balance sheet to capacity... they are trying to normalize the balance sheet (suggesting it is currently abnormal) they have no more room to run and a recession will start with the next stock market crash.
