Yep. I worked at a shelter, a couple years ago and almost every one there was a man. The gender difference was so extreme a separate women's shelter was built because it was so unsafe for the women at the regular shelter. I think 80% of homeless people have a mental illness too, and most addicts on the streets became addicts after they were homeless. It's really tragic and sickening...
