How much water and liquids do you drink a day?

Awwwwwww! Smol wywy

This is exactly why I don't bring it up often.
It gets old in my real life. But whatever, I'm pretty cool, people who turn me into a commodity are just missing out.

Lol yeah my fault for baiting a bit.
I didn't mean anything in an overly serious way, I just wanted to make that point about myself.

How did this part of my post disappear?

Anyway....

You rule. People are dumb.

Undoubtedly. It is a distractingly cute word.

Generally people don't have a good conception of what 8oz is.

Honestly, I only know this from cooking and baking so much. But, if you don't cook, how would you know? I once knew a man in his 60s who didn't know a recipe calling for a cup meant a specific measurement. He asked me how I remembered which size cup to use. I explained and he basically responded, "You learn something new every day!" His wife did all the cooking.

Lolol it never stops surprising me, the things other people don't know, and the things I don't know myself

I've gone through so many phases of knowing and unknowing at this point,
I almost don't care about knowing or unknowing anymore.

I've got water in my water again @Ren

Why does water get a special mention in the thread title?

Does anyone here drink water as ice or vapor? :kissing:

I'm curious about the amount of water or liquids had per day, and what's the best or recommended rule to follow when deciding how much to drink everyday.

For example, I usually drink about 2-3 small bottles (10 fl oz each) of water per day. I usually drink one cup of coffee or tea in the morning and between lunch and dinner, I usually drink one or two small soda cans (7.5 fl oz each) or 1 bottle (20 fl oz each) of soda. And I sometimes drink 2 or 3 fruit juice boxes (7 fl oz each).

Edit: Sounds like a lot but this is not everyday. It varies.

Notwithstanding the liquids from food, I generally consume 2-3 liters of water per day.

The taller you are, the more water you should typically consume. Big boiz need big drinkz.
