I think I missed some key stages.

Role Confusion (no strong identity, or lost identity)

and

Isolation (lack of intimacy)

The next stage is stagnation vs generativity

I have not thought about what it is I am going to do.

I do not have any job skills per se.

Contributing to a community or something is what I need to do.

Being in the desert is was not possible to do much this summer, too hot.

Winter will be different, can walk long distances, can get more done.

Long term goals require intermediate steps.

I got my current job by doing a few month Data Analytic certification from Coursera and making a portfolio. I don't do much data analysis but it was a good foundation. Coursera is a per month subscription. It is designed to be done for an hour after a normal work day, but you can power through a finish a certification fast if you are motivated.

I'm not sure what you are interested in, but you could probably use an LLM to brain dump your skills and interests, and then ask it for related jobs you can get with only the certification, and that pays a minimum amount.
