He's already been impeached once. He was acquitted by the Republican dominated Senate.

What would be the point of impeaching him again? I think we'd get more severe punishment for his crimes if he was just brought forth on the murder of over 357,000 US residents and an attempted coup. Any president who pardons that would have to be a spineless follower.

Impeach him and you're writing off the ability to toss the book at him later AND he'll be pardoned.

Did he collude with the FSB during his first campaign?
Did he obstruct justice when the DOJ assigned a special prosecutor to determine if he had?
Did he as President pressure the Ukrainian President to announce an investigation into the son of his main political rival?
Did he use his mendacious insistence that he had won a presidential election that he actually lost, to incite a violent insurrection aimed at stopping the certification of that same rival's election to the Presidency which he lost?
Does it matter?
He will always be know as the guy who was impeached twice
and lost the popular vote Twice

Dem senators are doing their best from what I hear to put every working stone in their way even if they lack the majority in Congress. Even so, as much as the Others want to do away with Checks & Balances, they are still in place, with the Justice system. The problem there is that it doesn't act fast, which is what they exploit using the executive orders.
Keep vigilant, stay positive and be angry. Not all Reps can be that asleep to want to lose power by relinquishing it to rich wannabe-Oligarchs.
 
The "justice system" works at the behest of the president. there is no check or balance until the midterm elections. this is what america voted for. it was made very clear during the election that any laws passed by previous congresses would be followed at the current president's discretion.
 
I think at this point we can fairly say that impeachment is a useless thing.
He got impeached twice and then became president again.
So any discussion about impeachment is really just a distraction.
