I listened to two other videos, but did not reference them. One was by a guy from Indiana who many believe was murdered because he wouldn't shut up. It was extremely damning.

Again demonstrating that (please no offense - sincerely) you don't understand. There was a video of the woman accusing Trump of sexually assaulting her - it was staged. 2. No video on its own will be accepted by th left if someone on the left hasn't "documented it". Your "reality" does not count - logic does not count. As has been accurately posted you can't go into court on hearsay, indeed you can't. The minor problem is that isn't what the courts ruled - the courts wouldn't HEAR the case to establish the facts/hearsay because the U.S. Government didn't have standing in its own election process.
