I’m so glad she highlighted the zeitgeist that is:

Women have no personal responsibility—they are acted upon (victimization, infantalization, systemic oppression)...leads to empathic response...poor thing

Men have full responsibility—they act (and are judged and shamed)...no empathic response... self-improvement, man up, strength means impervious to systemic forces

In considering situations in hetero relationships, if you dare to gender flip to look for bias, you will get downvoted, maybe even banned.

She’s so right...woman does abberant behavior, next question is what did the man do to cause her to break bad?
