I have friends who have done this, and so far it is working out really well for them. Of course, it was just for their summer job, and I'm not sure their job really requires them to be around each other much if it did go bad. But that is how they met.

Well my parents meet at work, dated and got married (they still work together). I don't think it's a good idea..at least for my parents. The constant bickering about work matters and other insignificant shenanigans really got on my nerves as a kid. But I believe that one can be happy and date someone from work. My parents just didn't have the relationship skills to deal with their problems.
