We all have natural reactions to things.
I found through deep exploration that we have accumulated many habits strong and weak, often repeated by just reacting.
So likely we do so by having energy associated with such reactions. The brain keeps doing what it repeats.
If I look at what happens inside myself it is very easy to just react but harder to let go and just observe.
For that to happen I need to hold onto something to keep stable.
That is to say I need a way to balance my reactions.
The act of just observing can do this but takes practice.
I cannot skateboard because I do not have enough balance.
The mind is like a skateboard where you fall down allot.
So it take time to go slower and find that balance.
because everything must move together at the same time.
This could be well about making adjustments by inhibition since its always difficult to stop yourself.
As far as I know life is active so it requires doing life activities but you can still be in the moment no matter what you do or where you are.
Just observe what you are doing and you will get better at being awake, in control, enlightenment, whatever its called.
