Melkor, i know one thing about positive outlook. It is very very dangerous and if i miss it, sure i will be paying its high price. It may sabotage anyone if you are in overconfidence. It pays when you give maintenance to it. It might look childish and delusional as you mentioned, but i have fulfilled many dreams with this outlook and well with my insight. Yes, i am trying to become more grounded as possible.

Eh, your question is rather vague but I suppose it's supposed to be. Do I suppose INTJ and INTP could work? Well, I don't really think I'm an INTP because I don't possess many of the traits that are uniquely INTP (And, of course, this answer would be a reflection of Fi/Ni because I answered your vague questions in the term of what I think you're asking and something that pertains to me) I'm not stunningly logical, there are times where I can't tell you where my logic derives from but I can tell you that it's right (Ni dominant, not Ti dominant.) Although I can be very spontaneous and it seems like my mind seems to jump around a lot, I just happen to have a lot of Ni sparks that are triggered by outside or internal sources. (Ni, not Ne) I think in an organized manner and I think about concepts, not specifics (Ni/Te instead of Ti.) I don't really possess Si at all, I tend to notice when things are different but not because I value the importance of the past, I just like knowing how my environment has recently changed (Se, not Si.) I have a strong sense of self and I care for people out of the common humanity that exists within every human, I care for people but I will crush their emotions and prejudices before I let them not become the full fledged and actualized person they are meant to be. (Fi, not Fe.)
