Lets start adding altitude wind speed etc... lets not forget about 4:20, and the fact people were probably smoking pot on the plane when it was shot down.

A top pro-Russia rebel commander in eastern Ukraine has given a bizarre version of events surrounding the Malaysian jetliner crash – suggesting many of the victims may have died days before the plane took off. The pro-rebel website Russkaya Vesna on Friday quoted Igor Girkin as saying he was told by people at the crash site that "a significant number of the bodies weren't fresh," adding that he was told they were drained of blood and reeked of decomposition. The Malaysia Airlines Boeing-777 was shot down Thursday, killing all 298 people aboard. The plane was flying 10,000 meters above an area where Ukrainian forces have been fighting separatist rebels. Each side accuses the other of downing the plane. U.S. intelligence authorities said a surface-to-air missile brought down the plane, and U.S. Ambassador Samantha Power told the U.N. Security Council in New York on Friday that the missile was likely fired from a rebel-held area near the Russian border. Girkin, also known as Strelkov and allegedly a former Russian military intelligence agent, said he couldn't confirm the information. But it's sure to add to the intense emotions surrounding the crash, with the rebels accused of shooting down the plane. Girkin said "Ukrainian authorities are capable of any baseness." He claimed that a large amount of blood serum and medications were found in the wreckage.
(Reuters) - Malaysia Airlines filed a flight plan requesting to fly at 35,000 feet throughout Ukraine airspace but was instructed by Ukraine air traffic control to fly at 33,000 feet upon entry, it said in a statement late on Friday.
"MH17 filed a flight plan requesting to fly at 35,000 feet throughout Ukrainian airspace. This is close to the 'optimum' altitude," the airline said.
"However, an aircraft's altitude in flight is determined by air traffic control on the ground. Upon entering Ukrainian airspace, MH17 was instructed by Ukrainian air traffic control to fly at 33,000 feet."
Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur was downed in Ukraine on Thursday.

For obvious reasons, there isn't much out there about who's buying what and how much in Africa. But what OI has discovered is a small number of investors paying sometimes nothing for large plots of land in some African countries.
The lease deals are arranged between seemingly corrupt African leaders, reportedly without disclosing the details to the members of the communities that will be displaced because of the land development, and investors such as hedge fund managers.
The end result -- beating villagers, digging up their cemeteries, and taking over land that villagers have lived on for centuries -- looks a lot like a less cruel version of what history tells us colonizing Americans did when they ousted the Indians, according to this one report anyway.

Well you said the person who said that is an unreliable witness
But you haven't proved that the bodies hadn't already been dead for several days so you can't debunk that
So it has to remain on the table as a possiblity
I read that article you posted about that witness and how he initially claimed the shoot down as done by his forces but later retracted the statement
It says there were transmissions made claiming the shoot down on the part of the rebels which is why he probably thought his district troops had achieved it but those transmissions might have been made by the ukrainian authorities as part of their stitch up
So he has not been shown to be unreliable....what has been shown is that there was confusion around the time of the shoot down
According to the Kyiv Post, pro-Russia separatist leader Igor Girkin had said in a posting yesterday on Vkontakte — Europe’s second largest social network after Facebook — that the bodies that fell from the plane were “bloodless” long before the aircraft was shot down.
“I just talked to two people who were gathering corpses, both from Shakhtarsk so they came to the spot only 30 minutes after the tragedy. I am writing from their words.
“They said many corpses were totally bloodless and looked like blood had clotted long before the catastrophe,” Girkin was quoted by the Ukrainian English-language newspaper as writing on his blog post.
The daily reported Girkin also saying a strong putrid smell was noticed in the area of the plane crash, citing the same two locals from the city where the Boeing passenger plane was downed by a Russian-made surface-to-air missile.
“This smell could not have appeared in a half an hour in any weather, and it was cloudy, not very hot yesterday,” the rebel leader was quoted saying.

According to a report on the UK’s The Telegraph, Ukrainian security services claimed they have intercepted the conversations, believed to be between a Russian military intelligence officer and a separatist commander who were discussing the crash.
MH17 was believed to have been shot down over eastern Ukraine by pro-Russian militants yesterday, killing all 298 people aboard, a Ukrainian interior ministry official said.
MAS said air traffic controllers lost contact with MH17 as it flew over eastern Ukraine towards the Russian border, bound for Asia with 280 passengers and 15 crew aboard.
In the early hours of the plane crash, the Ukraine government and pro-Russian insurgents blamed one another for the tragedy.
According to reports, the plane downed near the rebel-held town of Shaktarsk in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine.
The aircraft was heading to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam and was due to arrive here at around 6am.

I'm trying to control the focus? I'm pretty sure you are the one doing that by turning this, and every other tragedy that has happened in this world, into one big conspiracy.
Are you out of your mind? Why would anyone have to prove such a thing??? This unreliable source is the same source that put this false information out there. Records show that in the SAME interview, he claimed responsibility for shooting down MH17 (by mistaken identity) and stated that the pilot and passengers died as a result of the plane crash. He was obviously well aware of the conspiracy theorists out there that would blame it on a shadow government, or some other crazy ass theory, and decided to say the bodies were dead before the crash. But he was too stupid to keep his lie together for 5 seconds.
Not only is it OFF the table, it was never really on the table to begin with.
