[PAX] The Impeachment of Donald J. Trump

As someone who lives in a country that has an NHS, I can confirm it's pretty nifty.

Big foamy thumbs up from me.

Im am going to talk\blow off a little steam today concerning Macabe and Comey. Both proven liars at this point suggesting that Trump is somehow going to get what he deserves from the information dump they are, have or will provide.
First, both or you have no reputation left. You are both known liars now. Second, its completley possible for a law enforcement individual to have a political affiliation and still be more concerned with up holding the law. Enter Mueller who has you both hook line and sinker beliveving he is on your side. You are confiding in him believing he has the same goals as you do. That being protecting your asses and damaging Trump. The investigation is still open not because they are looking into Trump but because they are trying to determine the depth of the conspericy installed against him. Both of you are going to jail. Keep mouthing off though. It will make it that much sweeter when the bars close. And then Comey, you can quote all the scripture you like to your cell mates.
1) Proven Liars? you have made this claim often but in the cases of McCabe and Comey it is not as easily proven as simply repeating what some pundit claimed. For instance, the stated reason for McCabes dismissal is "a lack of candor" with investigators, which a] is not necessarily lying and b] is still not even demonstrated as the report containing the allegation has not (oddly) been released. As far as Comey goes...I doubt he can be proven to have lied about anything. The charge I hear most often is that he was asked by Sen Grassley if he leaked confidential information to a reporter, he said no and in fact his giving his notes of a conversation with Trump to a friend arguably did not constitute leaking.

The only thing that can really be discerned of the Mueller investigation is what those who have been interviewed by the investigators have publicly shared and by most accounts it seems that the investigators are trying to determine who in the Trump orbit did what in terms of violating US Law.

Dammit Stu, it’s so much easier to call names and parrot BS you hear on Fox news...cut it out!

"Final plot twist, disillusioned with his souring relationship with Putin, Trump grants Snowden asylum and pardons him of all U.S. charges." - Lawdoc1

Being the President must be a drag:

There's constitutional limitations on your authority, Congress gets in your way, the media regularly critizes you, there's corporate interests that control the reelection of you and your colleagues, crazy people who wish to harm you...

I don't think President Trump has the stamina.

Find it funny this fantasy thread is still going.

Funny how you keep crying and commenting on a "fantasy" investigation when multiples of people have been indicted and have pled guilty.

President Trump and his attorney, Michael Cohen, filed paperwork on Monday asking a federal judge to order a lawsuit brought by adult film star Stormy Daniels be resolved through private arbitration.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, filed the suit last month claiming that a non-disclosure agreement she signed regarding an alleged affair with Trump is invalid because he never signed it.

Her alleged 2006 affair with Trump has remained in the spotlight since The Wall Street Journal reported in January that Cohen paid her $130,000 in “hush money.”

Trump's legal team had previously requested Daniels's lawsuit be moved from state court to federal court, which her team said at the time was done “to increase their chances that the matter will be decided in private arbitration, thus hiding the truth from the public.”

Multiple news outlets reported that in Monday’s filing in Los Angeles, Cohen claims Daniels had not previously raised any issues with the non-disclosure agreement prior to her lawsuit.

Cohen’s own attorney, Brent Blakely, argued in Monday’s filing that the agreement includes a provision that any disputes about it be settled through arbitration, as opposed to open court.

Daniels’s attorney, Michael Avenatti, tweeted Monday that he will “vigorously oppose” the request for private arbitration.

“This is a democracy and this matter should be decided in an open court of law owned by the people,” Avenatti said.

We will vigorously oppose the just-filed motion by DJT and MC to have this case decided in a private arbitration, in a private conf room, hidden from the American public. This is a democracy and this matter should be decided in an open court of law owned by the people. #sunlight

Daniels detailed the alleged affair in a “60 Minutes” interview last weekend. She claims she and Trump had sex once, and said she was threatened not to speak about the encounter.

Cohen and the White House have denied the affair. Trump filed a countersuit against Daniels, alleging she could owe millions for violating the non-disclosure agreement.

If he has done nothing wrong and is telling the truth, then why the need for “private” arbitration?
I thought Rump liked to be in the spotlight?
How about we make it a pay-per-view event and we can all call in and vote like ‘Murican Idol’?
Fucking liar.
