Justice Department Sues Virginia for Violating Federal Law’s Prohibition on Systematic Efforts to Remove Voters Within 90 Days of an Election
52 U.S. Code § 20507 - Requirements with respect to administration of voter registration
(A)
" A
State shall complete, not later than 90 days prior to the date of a primary or general
election for
Federal office, any program the purpose of which is to systematically remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters."
of course the fact that it is codified as US law did not stop SCOTUS from suspending the law (wtf?) nevermind that anyone who is a naturalized US citizen had to have a green card before hand

Laurel County Clerk Tony Brown, a Republican, said in an interview Thursday that his staff couldn’t re-create the issue, but that it pulled the machine aside for examination as soon as it got word of the allegation.
At Brown’s request, an investigator from the state attorney general’s office, a former Kentucky State Police trooper, drove to the county clerk’s office Thursday evening to examine the machine. Brown said in a
Facebook post that after several minutes of trying, the investigator re-created the issue once, but couldn’t do it a second time.

Did a voting machine in Arkansas cause a vote for Donald Trump to be cast instead for Kamala Harris? No, that's not true: Elections authorities at the state and local level plus the voting machine manufacturer told Lead Stories the voter accidentally touched the wrong name because they used their finger rather than the stylus provided. Even so, they said a voter has an opportunity to confirm their selection before casting their ballot. They noted there is no evidence provided that any votes were actually flipped.
The claim appeared in a
video on TikTok (archived
here) on October 31,

Just weeks before the Supreme Court ruled,[on the case in Colorado challenging trump's eligibility due to the 14th amendment] Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) — a constitutional lawyer and prominent ally of House leaders — warned that this scenario could come to pass without clarity from the justices.
“They want to kick it to Congress so it’s going to be up to us on January 6, 2025 to tell the rampaging Trump mobs that he’s disqualified,” Raskin said on Feb. 8, describing hypothetically what could happen if the Supreme Court failed to apply the 14th Amendment to Trump, “and then we need bodyguards for everybody and civil war conditions all because the nine justices … simply do not want to do their job and interpret what the great 14th Amendment means.”
But in the ensuing eight months, neither Raskin nor any of his colleagues have endorsed using the Jan. 6 joint session to attempt to deny Trump his electors.

By themselves, the leaked passwords
aren't enough to access or alter the state's voting equipment, Griswold said earlier this week after the Colorado Republican Party
publicized the existence of the spreadsheet on the Secretary of State's website.
The GOP issued a release days after Griswold's staff replaced the spreadsheet on Oct. 24 with a file that didn't include the passwords.
Every piece of election equipment in use by Colorado counties requires two passwords — one held by the Secretary of State's Office and the other known only to personnel in each county clerk's office — and is required by law to be stored in secure rooms under constant video surveillance, a spokesman for Griswold said.
Griswold said in an
interview with 9News that a "civil servant" who no longer works at the department was responsible for uploading a file that "improperly included" voting system passwords
in a hidden worksheet in an inventory of election equipment.
Griswold earlier acknowledged that the spreadsheet had been posted online for months to the Colorado Secretary of State's Office website and that a hidden worksheet on the document could display
passwords to some components of the state's election system.

Pennsylvania, unlike other states,
does not have early voting, where you vote just like going to the polls on Election Day, despite the presidential campaigns on both sides urging voters to make their choice ahead of Tuesday in this critical swing state.
On-demand voting, which is essentially filling out a mail-in ballot in one step that includes applying for, receiving, filling out, and in some cases, returning the ballot at a government office, has been a long process for Bucks County voters this election cycle.

Project Veritas, a right-wing organization led by James O’Keefe, published a
video on Sept. 27 that purports to contain proof that Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar is linked to a “cash for ballots voter fraud scheme.”
The 17-minute video relies on unnamed sources, covert footage and uncorroborated translations from Somali to English to allege that canvassers for Omar and for City Council candidate Jamal Osman paid for votes in a recent election.
Omar
defeated her primary challenger, Antone Melton-Meaux, on Aug. 11, with more than 60% of the vote.

Trump sues CBS in federal Texas court over 'deceptive' editing of Harris '60 Minutes' interview
The lawsuit was filed in the Northern District of Texas’ Amarillo branch, where
Kacsmaryk is the only judge. In addition to being a Trump appointee, Kacsmaryk is a former attorney with religious rights legal organization First Liberty Institute in Plano.
Kacsmaryk’s court has become a destination for conservative challenges to federal law, something that’s been criticized as “judge shopping.” He ruled to put a hold on
the Food and Drug Administration’s approval of the abortion medication mifepristone last year, more than 20 years after it was initially approved for use.
