I am being attacked by demon possessed cats.

I just fell down the stairs . I'm living with dneecey now and her roommates are douches so I'm busy doing stuff to appease them I guess. Dishes, cleaning, shoveling, and such. I watch dneecey's kids while she's at work too. Watching them isn't a big deal though, pretty easy for the most part. We're moving away in April hopefully so it will just be us and I'll have more time to do other things. I have time on the weekends usually cause I just sit upstairs in my room with the kids while they play Little Big Planet. Weekdays are a bit more busy, I hang out with dneecey when she's off of work (Monday/Wednesday) and there is usually much more dishes to do on weekdays for some reason. How have you been lately? What have you been up to?

I write when I'm motivated, but that happens once every leap year or so. To be honest, I don't have enough "real world" experience to be able to write good stories. Whenever I try, I become dubious of its merit as a realistic progression of events...and then I drop the project altogether. I enjoy writing reviews and such, though, or poetry.

This is the first time I'm hearing of it! I find the idea to be somewhat humorous, to be honest.

Also, having the motivation to write, and to live up to it, is pretty amazing in itself, in my opinion. :>

you don't look like you're happy with that. :| Frankly, I'm confused.

Not exactly from an external viewpoint, but I try not to think in terms of words. If I just spat out everything I had in my head, I would be distracted from my goal. So instead I start with the idea, and go to words from there.
I think when people try to just copy the inside of their head, it's like translating a translation. There's too many layers of complexity. (Of course, copying one's internal dialogue is much better than trying to go through even more complicated procedures, which is how a lot of writers can get in trouble and feel exhausted.)

Ehhh, mayhaps a wee-bit. I think part of it is I've been reading a lot of poetry lately and for some reason it has inspired me to write more.

I think the reason many people struggle with words is because they try to use them to express their inner dialogue (what's going on in their head). I think that going from internal words to external words is just going to make confusion. I try to start with an idea - not one like "apple", but the actual image of an apple. Then you get a more pure concept.

I love Men in Black! I love UFO stories in general actually. I was obsessed with the black triangles for the longest while, and stayed up nights in hopes of spotting an alien ship in the sky.
