Why didn't you sleep well?

I was thinking before going to bed last night.
And I thought to ask the same to you.
I meditated this morning. I think it's having an
effect on my every day life. I feel very calm today.
Yesterday I was very anxious.


How is your meditation going?

We had a bake sale at work so there were alllll kinds of tasty treats to choose from. I have been on a sugar high/sugar crash for the last couple of days lol. I think I have had my fill for the next year!

Glad to hear! I am just dandy fine thank you. Not too much going on over here except a lot of sugar for Halloween lol.

I would pick Conan Doyle over Shakespeare any time.

For my lab, I usually read my lab manual and look up some YouTube videos on how to use the machine for a certain process. Just to get an idea on how this will go in the lab. As for catching up, not really. I still have lots to get done. Right now, I am going to help out with dinner and then tackle some more work.

30 minutes of meditation? Now that's what I call devotion.

I remember that Chapters had a special on the Sherlock Holmes collection once and I was fretting over how lovely the covers looked. Too bad I couldn't afford it. At least I was able to afford Charles Dicken's Great Expectations, I bought it as a birthday for my sister's sweet 16.

I have been wanting to read the Odyssey for the longest time now. I've been always been interested in Greek mythology.

Let me know how the books are when you are a lil further in the reading. I am going to be preparing for Machining lab on tuesday. =)

Aw, did you tire yourself out from driving yesterday? I was just thinking how I should get my laundry done too, I am running out of clean clothes lol Relaxation is good. Are you keeping up with your meditation hours?

That is some awesome binding, but it's hard to read in those books. I'd rather have paperback books, although hard covers are more enduring.

I watched the documentary with my sister. It made us cry so bad!! lol
